Got to the hotel at 2:30 am after our car broke down only to find out that we can’t stay there because my girlfriend is from morocco and we are not married. This is apparently the Moroccan law. This should have been disclosed before we booked.

This is a nice hotel but definitely not a 5 start as claimed by Expedia. Reasons for this: 1. Mini bar and coffee offered in the room - 2 coffee pods, not restocked. Nothing but a bottle of water in the mini fridge. Barely any choice of tea. And 2 mini milk pods. 2. All inclusive does not include access to the spa facilities (understand treatments are extra but seriously?!). 3. No extra pillows or blankets in the room which is standard. 4. The fixtures in the bathroom are coming away from the wall. No one is checking the ongoing maintenance. 5. No handsoap, just mini bars of soap which are very wasteful. 6. Paid for a pool side room. It's a shallow puddle outside the room doors. No cushions in sight, you have to sit on hard concrete. 7. The outdoor bars close at 6. The food is incredibly limited. Simple snacks like fries aren't on the menu. You have to be friends with the barmen to get fries. 8. Service - mentioned it's a birthday trip. Absolutely nothing. Not even a complimentary drink or snack. Definitely a 3 at the most. A riad would be better value and you would not be out of the city where everything is walkable. This is located a 25 minute drive from the Medina where all the great bars and restaurants are. All of the above is related to the hotel itself and not the service we received. The staff were fantastic. Special mention to Yousef at the concierge desk who was fantastic.

The rooms were Clean, pretty new property. Staff was friendly. There was two pools pretty big . The only thing I didn't like is we had ants in the room. The hotel very from the Attraction and town.

The corridor was unclean, with visible signs of neglect. Cockroaches and other pests were present in the area. The overall standard of cleanliness does not meet the expectations for a three-star establishment, let alone a five-star facility.

Great April stay

Good hotel and great facilities. Two pools, one of which is the party pool and the other a more chilled pool. Good food options and generally a good hotel. Only issue we had was at the end when sorting taxi to the airport. We asked the reception and told no hotel transfer available. That was fine and i had to organise my own. I did using Idrive ( morrocos uber) however when the taxi arrived i was stopped at the door by hotel staff from going to the taxi and they said they’re bad and not allowed...luckily a local taxi(yellow) turned up and we were given that one. I would just suggest being clearer on taxis from the hotel to airport if you need one.

Birthday in Marrakesh

We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. The only complaint was the service in the one other restaurant, it seem that you had to dine early to receive service otherwise it was mediocre. Tables weren't cleaned in a timely manner to accommodate the turn over, you asked someone to clean the table, they took the dishes and cutlery but did not wipe the table and never came back to set it up. We asked someone else and they never came back either. This happened after the night before, when I had to asked the waiter to refill my wine glass three time before it was done. Thanks also to LouBma at front desk who was very helpful.

Lovely Hotel with Great Staff

Absolutely loved staying at Be Live (Adults Only) hotel. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The variety of food at each meal was good and the service was excellent! The hotel is modern and from arrival to exit, the staff were all very helpful, professional and very accomodating. I would defifitely visit again.

The hotel has a great ide. A resort on the outskirts of the city. They just need to maintain the hotel a little better. We enjoyed the pool and the activities. The food was pretty average. I hoped for better but I did find stuff to eat. The drinks at the bar were below average. The coffee was terrible. The cappuccino was instant. They have a great coffee machine in the bar but that had limited hours. The main area had terrible coffee. Alas, the beautiful gardens and pool made the trip.
