Staff were excellent and accommodating. The stay was beautiful and unique, we would not stay in a standard hotel when you can experience a Riad or Dar. Inside it was beautiful, a hidden gem. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. We would highly recommend this location.

A fabulous stay at Dar Rocmarra. A stunning small to midsized Riad in the heart of Marrakech. Jamilla and all the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more from my accommodation and hosts on my first visit to Marrakech.

Dar Rocmarra and Jamilla are gems!

Fantastic stay! The property is easily accessible from the main road. Takes less than 2 minutes walk to reach Dar Rocmarra. Very quiet and spotless clean. Jamilla, the Manager and all the staff is very polite, helpful and ever smiling. Jamilla, specially is an absolute gem!!! A note to the owners: you’ve got a great Manager for your property, she makes all the difference! The breakfast was a very good spread of bakes breads, Moroccan breads, eggs, tea, coffee, orange juice, and fresh fruits. Very tasty and filling. Overall, had a fabulous experience at Dar Rocmarra, highly recommended. Jamilla, again, at the cost of repeating, was warm, friendly, and helpful

like all Riad's I've stayed at in Marrakech, it's an attractive building set around a quiet courtyard with a roof terrace. There were two staff working there, a receptionist and cook - they were really great which I appreciated as a solo traveller. The receptionist, he was really warm and sincere, and took a lot of trouble to orient me to Marrakech. They were really efficient...for example on the last day I needed to leave early and the cook agreed to serve breakfast early at 8am - when I went out at 8 she wasn't starting to make breakfast, a complete spread was already completely done and laid out! When I left for the airport I left my hand luggage behind - before the taxi had even left they had called the taxi driver and brought the bag! Thank you so much.

Jamilla and Jaleel were so very helpful. The riad is very comfortable and cozy. I loved the rooftop deck. The location is down a short alley away from the bustle of the medina/centre but very easy to access. The best part were the hosts who were so kind to help me with the confusion I had with a tour. They went far to help me fix the issue. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Small Riad, big heart.

This small Riad exceeded all of my expectations. Ms.Jamila, Latifah and Jalil were as kind and helpful as they could be. From the welcome to the goodbyes it felt personal like you were in a warm family home. The stay was quiet, clean and the ambiance was always kept very serene. The room was kept well done and stocked. I'm glad i ended up here Vs a larger riad or hotel. Definetly made all the difference arriving here after a long day in the Medina or doing touristy activities.

Don’t Stay Anywhere Else!

Jamila, Jalil and Natifa treated us like family. We have never felt so welcome and cared for. Jamila prepared full hot cooked breakfast for hs daily and even prepared Go bags on the days we had early morning plans. She even cared for me when I was not feeling 100%. Jalil was so attentive to our needs making sure we arrived safely and settled in at 2am!! .the room was glorious. Like out of s movie. Nice sitting area, Huge huge bathtub. Robes, fresh linens daily, unbelievable housekeeping. Just wow!! The property is magical. There is a rooftop patio area with lounge chairs, dining tables/chairs,‘awnings, just perfect. Jamila showed us some of the other larger rooms (vacant of course) which were amazing. Beautiful property with flowers and birds and a tree and water feature. We cannot say enough about the quality, value, Care, safety (do not be intimidated by the Medina and it’s “streets”- they’re super easy to navigate!!) I cannot wait to return!’

I arrived to the city a day early for a planned tour in Morocco and needed a place to stay that was safe and affordable. The property was absolutely beautiful and I never once felt unsafe. I was able to arrange transport through the riad and the hostess met me at the drop off point to walk me to the property. She gave wonderful advice on attractions in the area, handling taxis/transit, etc. the room was very clean and comfortable after a long day of travel, and breakfast was prepared for the next morning as well. Would absolutely stay again!!

Loved this hotel so much! It is in an excellent location in the Medina that is walkable to almost all the tourist sights. The breakfast is amazing and staff is very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The property is really beautiful and well kept. The breakfast was great, Moroccan pancakes, fresh strawberries, yoghurt and eggs. We arranged pick up with the property but the driver was about 30 minutes late and it cost us $25 euros, I think it was steep as we have been taking taxy and other transportation and compared to that the transportation seem pricey. Be sides that everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Rocmarra. It was the perfect starting point to explore Marrakech. Our hosts Jamila and Jalil made our stay really enjoyable. Jalil met us on the main road when we arrived very late in the evening, then introduced us to his city and gave us tea and Moroccan biscuits in the lovely atrium space while giving us useful tips for our stay. In the mornings we ventured to the amazing rooftop to enjoy a fabulous breakfast to prepare us for our days out. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. There was a very nice ensuite bathroom. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends. Thank you Jalil and Jamila.
