The hotel is not so good.

Generally, the hotel staff is very nice. But there is something wrong with the WIFI. In your room, the WIFI becomes weaker, sometimes even lost connection. There are mosquitoes in the room. I am a little disappointed by these situations.

Awful and dirty hotel

It was a trap! We shouldn't believe the reviews of this hotel at all! Uncomfortable, dirty, and was forced to pay more money, without the method to cancel the booking! We were the only customers in the whole awful hotel. Frightened during the whole night!

Pas de wifi Pas d'eau chaude On avait fait une réservation payée en amont, à notre arrivée ils prétendaient n'en avoir aucune et pas de paiement et c'était presque au refus de nous donner une chambre. Le lendemain, problÚme réglée une erreur de leur part nous avions bien payé. Ils se sont amusés de la situation et ont fait des remarques sarcastiques.

nous sommes arrivées dans un hÎtel pour 4 personnes et nous avions une chambre pour 2 il a fallut donner 300.00 euros en liquide bien sur supplémentaire pour pouvoir avoir une chambre avec 4 lits Le WC ne fonctionnait pas la TV ne fonctionnait pas et la baie vitré donnant sur le petit balcon de 50 cm ne fermait pas Nous avons pris notre diner sur place (super sympas) puis le petit déjeuner du matin (super sympa) mais nous avons pris le diner (Couscous ) du vendredi soir et la un seul plat car la gérante nous a dis qu'elle pensais que cela suffirait sans entrée mais seulement des légumes et des os de poulet c'est un peu cher pour 80.00 dh par personnes le samedi pas de ménage "un oublie selon la responsable" merci à la fille de la gérante et sinon bonne chance aux patrons nous ne reviendrons pas sur se site et je vous demande de voir pourquoi devions nous nous rajouter 300.00 euros pour pouvoir dormir à 4 j'espÚre avoir une réponse car sinon je ferais le nécessaire pour vous confronter à vos manquements merci de votre réponses

Je ne sais pas d'oĂč commencer j'avais rĂ©servĂ© deux chambres trois adultes pour la date de 26 a 29 mars c'est le pire hĂŽtel que j'ai vu dans ma vie On est arrivĂ© dans la soirĂ©e À peine arrivĂ© au parking qui se trouve juste devant l'hĂŽtel on nous a fait payer 90 dirhams j'ai dit aux gens qui travailler dans le parking on est cliente de l'hĂŽtel ils m'ont dit il y a juste une place pour ce parking qui se trouve juste Ă  l'entrĂ©e de l'hĂŽtel et cette place est rĂ©servĂ©e pour le patron de l'hĂŽtel soi-disant que il y a une parking gratuit pour clientĂšle ça commençait dĂ©jĂ  fort! ils nous ont donnĂ© les clĂ©s je suis allĂ© dans ma chambre aussi vite que je suis rentrĂ© aussi vite je suis sorti j'ai trouvĂ© le responsable elle m'a dit qu'est-ce qu'il ne va pas j'ai dit venez voir c'est quoi ça comme chambre Elle est venue me voir elle m'a dit tout est parfait Monsieur je ne sais pas pourquoi vous rĂ©agissez comme ça en plus la chambre se trouvait dans la sous-sol!!!
