They can do better

The way to the Kasbah is lomg, it may be risky especially by night. Breakfast is not good at all. The facility has a good advantage (iin the nature) but it has to be developed and maintained more.

The Worst Hotel I Have Stayed At

Do not go to this Hotel. After two nights I had to leave the owner Mr Dreiss is a charlatan there is no menu he made me charged me four times the cost of a bottle of wine and there is no menu. I intend to write to Expedia under separate cover to request they remove this Hotel from their Website. The local Moroccon people staying all agreed with me and could not wait to escape . I have thru business and pleasure visited 53 Countries Globally and I can honestly say that this is the worst experience I have ever encountered. The place is a mess pool filthy dirty, rooms down right dangerous electrically and dirty. In conclusion do not stay at this charade of a Hotel it is abysmal.

Ridiculously Remote but Relaxed

The hotel is literally in the middle of no where. In a rural village. Great way to see local life and culture. Hotel facilities very limited but if you really want to get away from everything I'd recommend it. The pool is lovely but was very cold to swim in. The hotel had everything I needed but very limited facilities. For £16 a night I can't complain but will need a refurbishment in a few years time. The staff were very welcoming. There was only the hotel staff and myself there for one night. Be prepared fro an hours journey to the airport costing 220 dim - about £20 but again a great way to see the area. Would recommend it if you really want to escape the city on a cheap budget but too remote and little to do. Great for a couple of days retreat which is what I did as a solo traveler.

Bonjour, j'ai réservée une chambre pour 2 personnes et pour 2 nuits, on contactant la personne qui dirige La Kasbah, on m'annonçant, qu'il me faut un acte de mariage pour résider avec mon compagnon, on a réservée une chambre supplémentaire pour avoir la paix, on arrivant à La Kasbas, personne n'est à la réception, après 15 minutes d'attente, la cuisinière vient nous voir et nous donne nos chambre, les portes de la salle de bain ne se ferment pas, les chambres n'ont rien à voir avec les photos sur votre site, la poussière fait ravage et aussi des toiles d’araignées, on avait faim, on commande un tajine boulettes viande hachée, la cuisinière nous ramène deux tajines boulettes de dinde à 89 Dhs l'unité, le lendemain, ma soeur et son mari arrivent pour passer l'après midi avec nous et déjeuner dans la Kasbas, ils demandent un tajine aux légumes, la cuisinière leur sert un tajine poulet ??? Pour à la fin, nous facturer les accès à la piscine, alors qu'ils n'ont même pas eu ni serviettes ni transats, justement, les transats sont dans un état défectueux et sales, la piscine n'est pas entretenue, le gérant, n'est absolument pas professionnel, il m'a hurlé dessus et nous a dégagé de l’établissent, malgré notre réservation pour deux nuits, on a préféré de quitter son établissement. Le jardin est très bien

Very calm and beautifull place inside and outside. I felt very welcome , no question was to much. Hamza ,Driss and the Manager and he’s Wife all lovely people we eat together one night with the manager and hes wife and had a lovely evening with them and the other 5 visitors from France by the fire place , with music and a good diner. My daughter and I will miss you all and I look forward to return and stay longer than the two days we did. Also possible to get a transfer from and to the hotel if you contact and ask. Sehr nette Bedienung und freundliche Familie. Sehr ruhig und in der Natur zwischen Oliven gelegen. Die Straße zum Hotel ist eine Naturstrasse. Für Gäste die Ruhe und gute Luft mögen ist es sehr zu empfehlen. Volleyball und Tennis Platz Ligen im Hotelareal. Pool ist sauber und idillisch vor dem Eingang.

séjour décevant

Lieu difficile à trouver au fin fond d'une piste. L'accueil passe encore mais arrivée dans une chambre sale (immenses toiles d'araignées dans la salle de bain, à croire que personne n'y avait jamais séjourné : j'ai du demander qu'on les enlève et l'employé s'est confondu en excuses ; draps tachés). Les chambres ne sont faites que sur demande et pour avoir de l'eau chaude il faut réclamer. Pour ce qui est de l'extérieur, terrasse à réparer (trous dans le plancher) et accès par une petite porte ne s'ouvrant que d'un coté avec risque de se blesser par un angle qui gène le passage car c'est étroit. Piscine plutôt verte que bleue, mais pas le choix vu la chaleur. Drap de bains fournis sales. Aucun entretien des patios (pas envie de s'asseoir sur des coussins couverts de tâches) que ce soit au bord de la piscine ou sur la terrasse. Enfin, un animal a laissé trace de son passage dans le restaurant. Tout cela photos à l'appui. On a du aussi partir une nuit ailleurs et au retour, notre chambre était relouée, le propriétaire pensant qu'on avait quitté l'établissement ! Bref, endroit à éviter ! Et c'est très dommage car c'est un bel environnement qui manque sérieusement d'attention et d'entretien.

Je déconseille cet Établissement. Gérant de mauvaise fois, je vous explique pourquoi. Ma mère à passer un séjour dans l'établissement en même temps que nous. Au moment de donné un avis, j'ai laisser mon avis sur son compte hôtel.com ( photo en pièce jointe). Suite à mon avis négatif, le gérant de l'hôtel ce permet de prendre mes coordonnées et de m'envoyer un message via Whatsap où il me dit que mes prochaines réservations ne sont plus accepté, suite auquel mon mari appel le numéro pour avoir des explications, on lui dit que comme sur le commentaire on l'avait "Sali" donc nous n'étions plus les bienvenue. Donc en faite en 2017 nous n'avons plus le droit de donner un avis négatif car suite à ça on reçoit ce type de message (photo en pièce jointe). Comme le gérant n'a pas aimer il a repondu sur hotel.com en inventant des choses du genre qu'on consommé de l'alcool dans la chambre mais oui avec notre gamine de 7 ans et qu'on fumé la chicha dans la chambre et qu'on se bagarré tous les jours. Bizarre qu'il soit pas venu nous en parler durant le séjour en question. C'est la 2ème année et non la 3ème qu'on part là bas la première année aucun incident donc je n'ai laisser aucun avis contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait me dire. Mais cette année j'ai le droit d'avoir trouver certains points négatif! Dommage car le lieu en lui même et sympa et la piscine cool. Mais pour ce comportement je n'y remettré plu les pieds même gratuitement. De tte façon nous n'y somme plus Bienvenue c mieu ainsi

Déçu. Seul avantage la piscine et le calme !!!

Les Prix des repas sont excessifs, la bouteille d'eau et a 15dhs soit 3× le prix d'achat à l'extérieur de la structure et pas de carte donc pas trop de choix niveau repas. Interdiction d'amener de la nourriture dans la chambre donc soit tu mange ce qu'il propose soit tu crève de faim car la ville et a plus de 15kms. L'endroit et très isolé si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé bonne chance !! Coupure d'eau au moment de la douche, donc on fini à l'eau froide grâce à un seau ramener par le personnel. Le cumulus d'eau chaude à l'extérieur de notre chambre était constament débranché donc parfois pas d'eau chaude il fallait le rebranché et attendre que l'eau chauffe. C'était le jeu du chat et de la souris il débranché, on rebranché.. On a eu droit a un chambre extérieur au riad sans clé donc accessible a tous, quand on sait plain on nous a dit de leur laisser nos objet de valeurs car il n'en n'était pas responsable (Bijoux, Passeports...) on a réussi a obtenir un cadenas et on mais avec 1 seule clé donc la 2ème c'est le personnel qui l'avais du coup on c'est acheté notre propre cadenas pour au final ce rendre compte que malgré les cadenas la porte vitrée pouvait quand même s'ouvrir. Et au final après 6 nuits la bas, lors du départ on ose nous demander pour notre futur séjour la bas un Acte de Mariage, c'est la loi au Maroc mais Moi je suis Française mon compagnon marrocain et il y avait aussi ma fille dans notre chambre, ça fait 2ans qu'on y va, ça les avait pas dérangé jusque là..

Ein kleines, gemütliches Hotel mit einer sehr freundlichen​ und zuvorkommenden​ Madame, die sich um alles kümmert. Der Ausblick auf die Berge von oukaimeden ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer mit Dachterasse ist einfach perfekt. Der Pool rundet das ganze ab und sorgt für Erholung. Leider sind die Liegen und Stühle am Pool in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

Jolie Ryad plein de charme qui semble avoir été refait à neuf et avec des fleurs et des arbres un peu partout. Chambre propre, confortable et assez spacieuse et bien chauffée aussi (heureusement d'ailleurs car il faisait assez froid quand même, heureusement le personnel avait chauffer la chambre avant notre arrivée), personnel d'ailleurs disponible et serviable. La cuisine est délicieuse et abordable (9€ le couscous complet). J'ai failli oublier la grande et belle piscine (parce qu'on a pas pu se baigner compte tenu de la météo ensoleillée mais froide :( cependant nous prévoyons d'y retourner au printemps pour y piquer une tête et profiter du calme et de la nature du domaine. Une agréable surprise en somme pour un petit budget et nous recommandons vivement.

séjour calme avec famille la bouffe est terrible et on peut rien acheter de l’extérieur (loin des resto snack ) la piscine est moyenne nice day mais je reviens plus

trés reposant

très belle kasbah en pleine campagne mais au porte de Marrakech . nous pouvons faire la sieste sous les figuiers et oliviers avec le chant des oiseaux. la kasbah est dans un beau jardin avec une belle piscine . le patron est à votre écoute . la cuisiniere fait de bons petits plats spécialites .
