ExpĂ©rience catastrophique. J’ai rĂ©servĂ© une villa pour un sĂ©jour en famille, j’ai fait des kilomĂštres avec mes enfants, et une fois arrivĂ© sur place
 surprise : impossible d’entrer dans la villa. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’il y a des travaux. Oui, vous avez bien lu : des TRAVAUX. Personne ne m’a prĂ©venu, aucun message, aucun appel, rien. J’ai dĂ» appeler moi-mĂȘme pour qu’on me dise, comme si de rien n’était, que l’accĂšs n’était finalement pas possible.C’est d’une nĂ©gligence inacceptable. Comment peut-on laisser des gens rĂ©server un logement qui n’est mĂȘme pas accessible ? C’est un manque total de respect et de professionnalisme. Le minimum aurait Ă©tĂ© d’annuler la rĂ©servation avant notre dĂ©part ou de proposer une solution alternative. LĂ , rien. Juste un « non dĂ©solĂ© » au tĂ©lĂ©phone, comme si ça n’avait aucune consĂ©quence.RĂ©sultat : enfants fatiguĂ©s, trajet pour rien, stress, et aucune considĂ©ration pour notre situation. C’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce service, et je dĂ©conseille Ă  quiconque de faire confiance Ă  une organisation aussi mal gĂ©rĂ©e.
