Except hotel, facilities and staff were excellent. Easy walk into to centre and souk. Food was good, plenty of choice and wait staff to attentive. A la carte restaurant was well worth a visit, shame could only do once per week as not busy and food was excellent

Good hotel, nice poolside and gardens with sun loungers. Relaxing Bar for the evening. Food service was very good. Taxis available outside and walkable to centre. Slightly limited cocktail menu and add ons (£) for premier cocktails which is disappointing. Room 1008 was modern with good WiFi. Balcony not great and door not sealed so very loud. Why there is a stage playing club music until 23:15 every night in an adult only hotel? You can’t sleep before they finish if you want to relax.

Lovely hotel, small but very busy, great location to walk to Medina. Food - only one main restaurant but had a lot of variety everyday. The 2 disappointing aspects were onlyy being able to book the a la carte restaurant in the evening only once during the stay and that you had to reserve and pay extra for using the daybeds. I understand the need to reserve but don't see why you should pay give it's all inclusive. Perhaps it would be good to offer the daybed onthe same premise as the a la carter restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely hotel, great friendly staff, clean room, good evening entertainment especially jukebox bingo and I would stay here again and look forward to returning.

This property is not 5 stars. It’s 2 stars at most. Everything about this hotel shouted budget. The corridors to the rooms were worn down and screaming cheap, the rooms the same with a stench that hits you when you walk into the room. The towels shed cheap cotton onto your skin after a shower. There was orange grout around the bathroom and shower. The pool area shouted budget family hotel. We booked under the illusion this was going to be a nice luxury stay and it was far from it. Save your money and stay elsewhere. We were here for 2 nights and if we had more time we would’ve switched hotels because what a waste of nearly £500. Please also note the hotel is flooded with British.

Beautiful hotel On arrival greeted with drinks and traditional treat We got a room with a hot tub - the hot tub was in fair condition - it wouldn’t say great condition though and needed some TLC! Room was generally good with everything you needed Activities were plentiful and very frequent - the activities team were great at getting everyone involved. My personal favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool The gym was a great and well equipped for a hotel gym! The animals around the hotel were lovely to see - tortoise, peacocks etc.

A beautiful break....

A beautiful 4 day break. Very clean, beautiful surroundings, close to souks for shopping....and within walking distance! All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and the restaurant was kept clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice for a fussy eater, and equally someone who notices the little things. If you'd like a bed around the pool, get up early! I guess this is still a thing! However, there were plenty of sunbeds and we much preferred pitching up later in the day and enjoying the beds in one of the pretty and secluded gardens. Much nicer, and a better view.... You can slightly hear the road from around the pool.... but it's not noisy or offensive. Please don't let that put you off, as this does allow you the ability to take a walk and enjoy the sights, sounds and chaos the souks emanate. We enjoyed a very restful peaceful break.

Staff were really attentive. Really good range of food in the restaurant which was different every day. I travelled with 4 friends and there was something for everyone. Dessert selection was amazing too. Pool staff managed to get us 5 sunbeds together as a lot of the beds were taken from early morning but as we weren’t lounging till later in the day and weren’t bothered about being beside the main pool this wasn’t a problem. Lovely hotel.

Overall, an okay experience with some highs and lo

The buffet was the highlight – delicious food with a wide variety of options. A few more live cooking stations would have elevated the experience further, but overall the dining was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels dated, and the more recent renovations appear to have been done to a poor standard. For example, the shower tray was unstable, making it uncomfortable to use, and the silicone and finishing work in the bathroom were messy and unrefined. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the service. Upon arrival, no staff offered to assist with our luggage. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and rather than immediately offering a replacement, the staff made us wait while they sprayed air freshener – we had to insist on moving rooms. In the evenings, it was a struggle to get bottled water, and cocktails felt rushed and carelessly prepared. Throughout our stay, interactions with staff lacked basic courtesy such as greetings or “please” and “thank you,” which left us feeling unwelcome. This hotel has potential, especially with its food offering, but it needs significant improvements in service standards and guest care. A renewed focus on hospitality training could make a real difference.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, as noisy and active or quiet and sedate as you wanted it to be. We preferred a relaxed quiet time in the relax pool away from the big pool amd activities. The food is absolutely gorgeous, hot and with a great variety, we’ve been to many all inclusives but this one really was the best, in tems of quality of food, friendliness/professionalism, and cleanliness. Only a very short 5-10 minute walk from the souks
