Fantastic hotel that I would love to come back to!
Security: Someone at the gate at all times and it is gated and felt supersafe.
Rooms: they are upgrading so my parents room was slightly newer than mine, but both still had good quality.
Staff: very friendly and helpful - not amazing at English, but that was a problem in all of the country. I used translate to arabic or french and it was fine :)
They have many sweet cats around and its a really nice hotel.
- The shower went from warm to cold to warm, but still good pressure and everything else
- Not alot of choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But they made us something off the menu when we asked, so thats very nice. We were there in the off season, so it might be better choices during the summer.
- Away from the city so you have to take a taxi, but its nice and quiet.
Would go there again if i am going back to marokko

TrĂšs bon accueil malgrĂ© notre arrivĂ©e trĂšs tardive. Nordine le directeur, nous a organisĂ© un taxi pour notre arrivĂ©e Ă l'aĂ©roport et a su rĂ©pondre Ă toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, dĂ©part avant le petit dĂ©jeuner). Tout est fait pour passer un bon sĂ©jour, l'Ă©quipe est formidable, petite mention spĂ©ciale pour Mohseen au restaurant qui est vraiment au petit soin pour les clients. La chambre trĂšs propre, spacieuse, climatisĂ©e! Rien a dire vraiment. Le seul petit bĂ©mol c'est le bruit de la circulation Ă la piscine. Mais ça fait partie de Marrakech: la circulation ! đ Franchement, nous reviendrons !
