I am reluctant to write this in fear that the word will get out. This place is a hidden gem that may seem unsafe until you explore, acclimate and experience the neighborhood. The staff is as helpful as they can be and breakfast on the roof delightful. Safety tip, it's easy to get lost in the sooks.

The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a veritable feast and set us up for the day. We would return in an instant. Thank you so very much.

A quiet gem in bustling Marrakech medina

Extremely charming hotel, very well furnished and decorated.The 3 floors are a continuos discovery of nice corners Super warm welcome from the staff, with bottomless maroccan tea and sweet almonds. Plenty of clarification were given to us, from city "MUST SEE" spots to negotiation techniques. light and customisable breakfast was served on the stunnig terrace at 3rd floor. Our stay is good. Service is good. The Manager has a warm welcome and helpful with places we want to go as well as giving tips on how to bargain with prices of goods in the market. The reception staff is good and help with our luggage on our way to the taxi. Everyone is nice and courteous. The place is clean. Food is delicious. It’s worth the price of what we have paid. We will definitely recommend it.

Love this place!

We have been all over Morocco in a week and our favorite stay has been the RiadAndallahSpa. The service and hospitality is out of this world. The rooms are wonderful and the location is perfect. Close to the main square and also easily accessible to the outside of the souk area. Would highly recommend. Stayed in the family suite with my family of 4.

Amazing experience!!! Very different but vibrant culture. A bit confusing getting to the hotel but I adjusted real quickly since there was no big cars allowed in the area. The staff was amazing and the Riad is exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is like walking into a magazine. The staff was so helpful , they ensured we had all information to see all landmarks and were available 24/7. Breakfast was fantastic and we had a supper on the rooftop the first night we were there which was incredible. We had to check out at 6 am to catch a train and they even had a breakfast packed for us when we checked out. Top notch all the way!!! Cannot say enough good things about this property. I would recommend this Riad to anyone that was visiting marrakesh to make your stay memorable.

Very kind people. Nice clean safe riad. Perfect for seeing the medina. Note the pool is not a swimming pool - a paddling pool. Two metres square. We would very much recommend this riad. Good value. Lovely staff.

Homely Riad with beautiful aesthetics and the most welcoming host and members of staff. Everyone was great, from the very responsive owner Christophe, the manager Younis and Mustafa who made us feel so at home. Let’s not forget to mention it’s barely a 7min walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. I’ll stay again and definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived at Riad Andalla Spa, we felt like royalty. Tucked away in the heart of the medina, this riad was the perfect oasis after the buzz and bustle of Marrakech. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, fresh mint tea, and Moroccan pastries while we relaxed in the beautiful courtyard — it was the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful. The rooms were spotless, charmingly decorated, and cool (a lifesaver in the 111°F heat!). The rooftop views at sunset were magical, and breakfast each morning — served with fresh fruit, Moroccan breads, and the most delicious coffee — was a dream. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was how well we were treated as guests and as people. My friend and I felt completely safe, respected, and cared for. The team gave us fantastic tips on where to go, how much to pay in the souks, and even helped us with booking dinner reservations and airport transfers. They genuinely wanted us to have the best experience — and we did. If you’re heading to Marrakech and want a stay that’s both luxurious and heartwarming, Riad Andalla Spa is where you want to be. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
