Everything was good, good service, good breakfast, nice room. The only down side were 1. we had to pay city tax (EUR2.5 per person per night) that was not mentioned at time of booking. 2. The location was a little far from the Marrakech square and the entrance.

Fue una experincia muy desagradable, la persona encargada fue muy grosera y no respetó la reservación, aun que se la mostramos y el la localizó en su equipo de cómputo. Nos hizo sentir muy inseguros ya que pasó el tiempo y se hizo de noche, el callejón en donde se encuentra el Riad era inseguro y una persona externa al riad nos protegió. El encargado finalmente entrada la noche, nos ofreció otro Riad para pasar la noche con mi familia a un precio exagerado de 70 euros. No recomedable para nadie. En Expedia trataré de que me reenbolsen el dinero que había pagado por la reserva

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Bonjour, Ravie de cette première expérience à Marrakech. Merci à ABDOU, le directeur, à MORAD pour l'accueil et le service et la personne qui nettoie les chambres également (je n'ai pas son prénom). Toujours souriant et respectueux, nous retenons cet accueil chaleureux et nous reviendrons. Le RIAD est très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La clim fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Nous avons été très bien aiguillés par Abdou et Morad pour visiter Marrakech pour cette première venue. Certains de mes amis savent combien je suis difficile et je leur ai donné envie d'y aller. Alors bravo à cette petite équipe très efficace. A une prochaine fois.
