Hotel could do with working/big heaters in the main area especially during breakfast and evening times. Rooftop should be used more especially to serve breakfast when the rooftop is pretty. The hotel was great, breakfast was very delicious, nice hot water in the bathroom. The knob to turn on the water in the sink needs to be fixed, it kept moving sideways. Also, the bed could be a little softer. Aziz was absolutely amazing!!! Very nice, friendly and a great personality. Definitely would visit again because of him and the other man that helped serve our breakfast. Very efficient and courteous. The place was very cozy and close to everything. My favorite part was the roof top lounge . Thank you Aziz and everyone for a great stay!

The staff here are so helpful and polite, they work hard to make sure you’re comfortable and happy plus they’re available 24hrs a day. The location is great, far enough away from the hustle of the centre but close enough to walk into.
