An Absolute Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs

I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am with this hotel. I arrived at the hotel only to be told they had no record of my reservation. The Manager and the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, when I showed them my confirmation email, they barely glanced at it and said, “That’s not our problem". This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, which cost me significantly more money and added unnecessary stress to my trip. I will never book with this hotel again, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. If they can’t even manage basic reservations, how can you trust them to provide a decent stay? Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
