EVERYTHING GREAT! Staff so friendly & helpful (Bashir) & hotel was stunningly beautiful. Could not fault it. Comfortable & traditional. Breakfast was a huge choice including omelette station. Free cookies in afternoon. We stayed a few days in January & used the pool (a quick dip as cold..refreshing!). Also perfect location to walk everywhere.

Lovely hotel, very pretty, nice clean rooms, its a Riad so open to the elements, staff friendly, breakfast very basic and got boring. Its a non alcohol hotel, we didn't use the cafe/bar

I'd highly recommend this place if you want to stay at a great property that offers a true Moroccan experience with amazing customer service. You will be right in the middle of the old bazar, which is an experience on its own.

This is a beautiful facility in an excellent location. We loved everything about it! Even though we were in the heart of the Medina, it was remarkably quiet at night. The on-site breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful with navigating the city and visiting historic sites. My only minor critique is that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the towels could have been fresher. Overall, a great stay!

We had the best time at the Palais Moulais Said Spa - our favourite stay across our trip. Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. We are very grateful for the hospitality, the ideal location of the spa, and the overall comfort. This is definitely where we would book to stay again should we return to Marrakech.

It was our first time in Marrekesh and we loved this hotel and the staff. They helped us find our tour guide and arrange a taxi back to the airport. It is central to all shopping right outside it's entrance. My sister and I felt very safe there. The breakfast had great options especially the pastries. I will stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights. Rooms are very dark and not enough light. Even with all lights turn out it was bleak. Bathroom always had a smell. Room and bathroom was clean when we checked in but daily turn over service was less than desirable as they never cleaned the floors and only made up the beds and changed towels. The walls and window were thin as we could hear people and cats every night until late. Room did not have a TV. Wifi was good. We found it not worth the money we paid for the family room.
