Room, shower, location and breakfast were good. We had a rude awakening at 2am when room service walked into the room unannounced. We did not get any sleep later. Spoken to duty manager next morning. She did mention she would contact us before we left. But no update on this. On day of checkout our lights were turned off and wireless access was blockd at 10am, when the checkout clearly states 12 noon. We could not be bothered to query since previous query was not followed up. There is nothing mentioned in hotel description that you cannot bring outside alcohol or food in the hotel. But when you get there that is the case. So if you want to bring your own alcohol or food don't book this hotel. Also pretty sure that you will get better service and rooms for the same price at other hotels in Marrakech. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

I visited during the AFCON 2025 tournament in January, and interestingly, this was the same hotel the Super Eagles of Nigeria stayed in—they had checked out just a few hours before I arrived. The exterior of the hotel was a bit misleading at first; the frontage was quite busy with parked cars and taxis. However, once inside, the atmosphere changed completely. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, though it occasionally felt a little chilly. The pool area looked fantastic, but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve had in recent times, both in quality and variety. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It sits right next to a mall, making it extremely convenient with plenty of dining options just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many places, which made getting around very easy. It definitely looked like a good pick for a resort type experience when the weather (temperature) allows for it. In my time there, it was a bit quiet in the common areas due to the chilly temperature.

The staff are very friendly and professional 5/5 and the hotel is in great condition. However: 1. there is mega construction going on; the hotel is part of a mall development and the outdoor pool space is disturbed by the sound of jack hammers drilling. 2. Also, there is an extra up charge (EUr 25 pp) to use the basement indoor hot tub for 1 hr, which is a separate locked section of the indoor pool - this was a bait and switch hence the 3 star; shame this didn’t come up anywhere else. 3. Breakfast spread is good but the selection doesn’t change. Not being able to use the pool side for some winter sun AND paying extra for a hot tub is more than enough to not stay here again.

Rooms are overpriced, service is slightly subpar, and most importantly hard to get a hold of. There was nothing in the room, no water or other drinks in the mini fridge, no bathrobes, had to try calling for 10 mins before reaching someone on the service line. WiFi password not written anywhere, had to call for that too and was told by room service it was the wrong number for the info and to try the operator instead. Nothing is deeply wrong with the place but the lack of attention to detail and to the customer is enough to spoil the experience.

This hotel is a mix. Marrakesh was cold when we visited in Dec 2025. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms the heater was not working. The staff tried to address the issue but it was clear that the staff new that this room had issues and they still gave it to customers. I do have to say that the management worked hard to give us differnt rooms but it had to be done in the morning while we slept in the cold! Otherwise the hotel is ok. It is abit out of date, but breakfast is great!
