The Villa is a charming oriental style villa in the most prestigious area of Marrakech "Amelkis", in the heart of the O'Liveraie residential area, a few hundred meters from the clubhouse of the Amelkis golf course. If you want to wake up to stunning mountain views then this Villa is for you. The sound of birdsongs is the usual wake-up call with the sun coming up over the mountains & flooding the rooms with light.
The house is very attractive for a holiday with family & friends or Golfers thanks to its manicured private garden running around the property, a large swimming pool, 3 terraces for outdoor lunch & dinner as well as sun lounging.
The villa has been lovingly furnished with modern & antique pieces sourced in Morocco. All the furniture has been sourced locally & is a mix of antique & modern to reflect the workmanship found in Morocco.
The secluded private garden is filled with birdsong & colourful plants with lawned areas on which to relax. Sun-loungers & Straw umbrellas allow you to relax in the sun, a large table & chairs invite you to enjoy our Traditional in house Moroccan meals. A bespoke fountain created in Morocco plays in the garden.
The front door opens into a large open welcoming gallery with a water fountain & all the living & bedrooms leading off to either side.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The sitting & dining rooms, although open plan have a working open fireplace.
The sitting & bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows which open out onto the terrace areas with those spectacular views of the mountains.
The kitchen is modern & has all mod cons including a coffee making machine, microwave, citrus squeezer & toaster.
We have supplied enough cutlery, crockery & glassware to meet your daily needs.
The house has 6 bedrooms 5 of which have en suites. We have supplied the villa with sufficient linen, duvets, pillows, towels to suit all needs from sun-bathing & hair-towels to bath sheets & hand towels.
We have anticipated the changes in weather, YES it does get cold in the winter months, so there are throws for your comfort & convenience.
At night, there is no light pollution so the sky is very dark & the stars feel so close that you could almost pick them out of the sky. It is not uncommon to watch your own spectacluar shooting star show while enjoying a glass or two of wine.
On your arrival you will receive traditional Moroccan Mint Tea!
For transfers to & from the airport, we can recommend our good friend Ismail who runs Belmandani Tours he & his competent drivers & modern Mercedes Viano Vito vehicles can be relied on to get you to & from villa in & around Marrakech or further afield to explore Morocco to the full. He is completely trustworthy & speaks several languages including Spanish, English & French. The heart of Marrakech which feels like a world away with is vibrant Medina & lifestyle is only just 10 mins drive from the villa.
Morocco offers a myriad of things to do from the total "not doing anything" to let's go zip-riding or hang-gliding, golf or even skiing. So if you are adventurous or more cautious there is always something to keep you busy. The moods of the mountains are constantly changing ranging from the snow topped peaks in the winter months through to massive thunderstorms with great flashes of lightening, from the bright green of spring to the deep reds of the summers. The earth coloured Berber villages nestling into the mountainsides are barely visible to the naked eye but they are all around clustered onto the steepest slopes. The Berber people themselves are incredibly friendly & delightful. Make friends with them & you will be invited into their homes to meet their families & learn about their lives. But why restrict yourselves to just one area, break your visit into two destinations & spend time in the bustle of Marrakech or by the seaside at Essouira or Meknes the fertile area that produces fruit, vegetables, wine & roses. Or even visit the desert & take a camel ride, Quad biking & spend time in a Berber tent. There is so much to try and discover in this amazing country.

The villa itself is palatial in size and appearance, with its cleanliness and facilities second to none. We went for a long weekend (3 families) and there was not a dry childs eye when we left. The ladies loved the sun, the kids the pool and us the golf! The staff at the villa are courteous, helpful and cannot do enough for you Booking was simple too which took all the stress out the break The rooms are huge and the description of the Villa and the photos don not do it credit. The Morrocan sunshine helped to make it even more glorious and we'll be back again soon...just maybe for slightly longer this time!

The property on first impressions is fantastic, but there are a few issues with the upkeep. Air con in one room not working, plugs, sockets are dodgy. These and other minor gripes could easily be remedied with a little upkeep of the villa. Staff in site are excellent.

Everything was great, but the best part of it was Seeham and Mohammad were extremely helpful and courteous not to mention professional. We want to always see them there when we come. Also the driver you recommended Ismail is amazing. In fact, we invited him to our wedding. In some rooms the AC was an issue, and the lighting was another issue because of the burnt lightbulbs but then again, we understand that you recently had an earthquake, which did some damage to the Villa.

Family vacation in Marrakech

The house is very spacious and a great family vacation. We were looking for convenience to golf courses, which Villa Jude has - we could walk to the clubhouse at the Almelkis course, and several others are a short drive - and did not want ot be directly in the medina with a group of 8 that included grandchildren. The house is in a luxury development a little outside the medina, and can be challenging to find on your own, but it is only a 15-20 minute drive to get to the medina or the central part of the new city. The owner was very responsive and made great recommendations for us. The house has a full-time attendant who lives there and is very helpful and keeps everything clean and organized. Through the owner, we arranged for a cook for breakfast each day and about half the lunches and dinners and she was fabulous and very helpful overall. Also through the owner, we booked Ismail, an independent driver with a van, for the week and he was always available for us, including arranging for guides wherever we needed them. If he is available, I would highly recommend booking him and relying on his services and recommendations. He knows the house and location, works seamlessly with the house attendant and the cook, and was really helpful. The support staff made the week enjoyable and provided the flexibility to do whatever anyone wanted. We all had a great time and felt very comfortable all week. Thanks so much to the owner and the helpful staff.

We rented the villa for 8 people so our family could mee up in Marrakesh. My son and his partner were travelling on Morocco and drove there in their converted van, my daughter and her partner fly in from Manchester and my elder son and his partner flew from Stansted with us. We had some specific requirements namely, my son had his dog travelling with him and also needed to park his van on the premises to house the dog and access their van. I booked well in advance (Oct 24) for our stay in Jan 25. I clarified all the details with the owner via the website. A week before we travelled we received an email detailing things like the address. This also stated no pets and on street parking. When I queried this with the owner although she was quick to respond she was blaming the portal for not picking this up and seemed annoyed at my query. Apparently she was aware the dog was coming and clarified we could park the van on the driveway. Guests are also required to read the menu for meals at the villa and book in advance and pay in advance. It does state that all meals are to be paid in advance. When I questioned this, as we did not know what meals (other than the first night) we would want in the villa, she said we could let the cook know about further meals and pay at the villa. The cost of meals is frankly exorbitant 8 breakfasts for 7 days and 1 evening meal for 8 was over 1000. The food was good but not that good. Needless to say we ate out, cooked ourselves or ordered takeaway

The Villa is stunning — host was a major damper

The villa, nestled in a gated community, stunned with its gorgeous architecture and luxurious en-suites, though it had issues like cockroaches and poor nighttime lighting. The real problems began with the host. Promised birthday decorations weren't set up upon arrival, and despite confirming no extra charge for a sixth guest, the host demanded more money last minute. Our stay was marred by repeated theft from our rooms, and the host's response to our concerns was dismissive, blaming us for not using safes. Now I don’t know about you, but I was at LEAST expecting the host to be Somewhat apologetic about SOMETHING. Instead, he stated that he was on holiday and he (the HOST), can’t be expected to respond to GUEST messages during that time. He also noted that if we suspected that the staff was Stealing from us during our stay, we should have told that same staff to stop stealing from us! He also stated that if we left a bad review, he would be “forced to take action against us.” I was SHOCKED. Shocked! In the 25 years that I have been traveling, staying in hotels, A3bnbs, rental homes, etc, Never have I Ever been treated in such a manner. Imagine telling us that we should have told suspected thieves to stop thieving -- And that we never should have expected that our things would be secure during our stay. Oh, and the HOST can’t be bothered to reply to his paying GUESTS if he’s otherwise occupied. The lack of accountability was appalling, overshadowing the villa's beauty.

Villa bien placée mais des efforts à faire

Les + : Villa agréable , bien placée pour la proximité avec le golf . Personnel accueillant et agréable . Ismael ( chauffeur ) toujours dispo, à l’heure . Cuisine très bonne Les - : gros point négatif c’est la piscine non chauffée. Avec 30 degrés dehors , impossible d’y mettre même seulement les pieds tellement l’eau était froide , nous n’avons jamais pu nous baigner . Aucune tv qui fonctionne , pas d’enceinte connectée pour mettre de la musique et les douches mériteraient un coup de neuf ( douche écossaise avec des robinets vétustes ) Une bouteille d’eau de bienvenue serait appréciée dans la chambre pour pouvoir boire avant d’aller faire les courses . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si un jour l’eau de la piscine était chauffée car c’est ce point qui a gâché un peu le séjour

Amazing Stay

We came away for a short break, as a group of 9 ladies to celebrate a hen do. We had a fantastic time and have not stopped talking about how we enjoyed it. Une villa exceptionnelle avec un personnel exemplaire, bienveillant et très attachant. Sihm et Mohamed sont formidables et nous ont permis de passer une semaine inoubliable. La villa est très spacieuse pour accueillir 15 personnes. Je vous conseille également les services irréprochables d’Ismael Belmadani pour vos déplacements. La villa est vraiment incroyable. On se croirait dans un véritable palais: elle est spacieuse, très très propre, très agréable à vivre! La terrasse et la piscine sont top ! On aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps ! Service de restauration sur place disponible, la cuisinière est vraiment incroyable. Mohammed le gardien est aussi vraiment très sympathique. Aucun point négatif vraiment tout est parfait ! On reviendra avec grand plaisir

Super stay

Villa Jude is beautiful. Very pleasant spacious and big. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and smily everyday. The owner is easy to reach and very helpful. The location is bit far from the city but easy access. We hired a chauffeur service so we had no problem on going around. They so were super cool. Ask the owner to give you their contact. My only comment is maybe the menu needs to be changed a bit otherwise I highly recommend this house.. And we are planning to comeback soon👌

Excellent stay, Jude was outstanding. Property was beautiful. Couldn’t have been better.

Five star! Easily accessible for taxis and transport. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Property was safe and secure. Jude and her team made us feel like at home. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Morocco.

Amazing Villa

Communication from booking was excellent, helpful info pack provided. Met on arrival by Aziz - house guardian who is so helpful. Language barrier an issue but with the help of google we always managed. The house maid and guardian are always on hand and are always there to help with anything. The villa is stunning and peaceful and it’s only a 15/20 min ride to the centre. Highly recommended and will definitely look to return. Thanks for a great stay.
