This fantastic house is located in a very quiet residential area of Marratxí. Very spacious, the house has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday away from tourist crowds. In addition, the house is very bright and is decorated with great taste. It also has a swimming pool, natural grass garden surrounding the property and several furnished terraces from where you can relax outdoors and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
This beautiful villa is located in the urbanization of Son Ametller, on the outskirts of Marratxí, in a very quiet area with a family atmosphere. Marratxi is a ten minute drive from the property. There you can find restaurants, supermarkets and a wide variety of services. In addition, it is just twenty minutes by car from Palma and its beaches, a must see.
