The new and stylishly-designed Villa Zoe is located about 20 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and impresses guests with its modern architecture. The holiday house has a light-flooded and tastefully furnished living room with a large glass facade, a well-equipped kitchen with an island, which invites visitors to prepare meals together, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, a baby cot, and a high chair. Outside there is a large garden with a pool and sun loungers, a sitting area with comfortable lounge furniture, a table for communal meals under a starry sky, and a barbecue area. Fantastic holiday hours are guaranteed here. The center of Palma de Mallorca with a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shopping can be reached after 10.3 km. The nearest supermarket is 5.3 km or 9 minutes by car and a small selection of restaurants can be reached after 4 minutes by car. The long sandy beach of Playa Ciudad Jardín is a 16-minute drive from the villa.

Both the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.



Parking is available on the street.

Pets are allowed (on request).

Parties are strictly forbidden and it is not allowed to disturb neighbors in this quiet neighborhood with loud noise. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the involvement of local authorities and customers will be forced to leave the property without any compensation.
