Casa Tika is part of a wonderful villa divided in 2 fantastic apartments, which can be rented independently or altogether, that share a breathtaking outdoor with an enormous swimming pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden with luxurious lawns.

Casa Tika is located at the ground level, it consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 4 people in total.

The interiors are very attractive with its unique traditional style blended with modernity with a touch of ethnics, the living area is lively with a bright orange color, the well-equipped kitchen offers the best appliances in order to make fantastic home cooked meals.

The first bedroom offers a double bed while the other features 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower all on the same level.

This wonderful summer residence all in a Mediterranean style, both indoor and outdoor reflects what is the authenticity of this beautiful island: fantastic palm and olive trees as well as a water well in the garden and many other little touches.

Both apartments feature ample private terraces furnished with sitting areas, table and chairs for al fresco meals as well as sunbeds around the pool in order to enjoy the outdoor area especially in the summer when the weather can get really hot.

Finally, please note that the property houses an additional flat occupied by the owners during the summer.

In the immediate vicinity of Casa Tika, along the wine road, among endless expanses of vineyards and ancient Bagli, we meet the historic cellars where the famous Marsala (sweet wine) is produced, appreciated on tables all over the world. Rental Rules:
The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity (up to 150kw) over 150kw € 0,40 x kw, midweek change of bath towels, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (2 hrs.), in-house parking, welcome basket (typical local products), baby cot.
Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00 Check-out: 08:00 - 10:00
Late arrivals: 21:00 - 24:00 only if agreed charged Euro 30 (to pay on site on arrival)
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible (except from 25 July to 21 August, only Saturday).
