On the first floor, air conditioning on the landing, and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a TV.
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet.
Large terrace with garden furniture and awning.
One parking space in the residence gated by an electric gate.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
