Stylish village house with courtyard, terrace with jacuzzi & garage

Completely renovated (2017) village house perfectly located in the heart of Marseillan, a short stroll to shops, bars, restaurants and the port. Marseillan is a beautiful, picturesque village with a lot of character and much to offer. Why not go on a boat trip to see the oyster beds or make a visit to Noilly Prat? The beach is only 5 km away and there's a nice cycle path or you can take the bus from the port. Marseillan is also the perfect place from where to discover the rest of Languedoc.

The house is spacious with everything you need and offers WiFi, TV, reversible airconditioning, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom, lounge and a fully equipped kitchen plus a second wc. You also have a shady courtyard and a lovely terrace with jacuzzi to enjoy plus a garage for convenient and secure parking.

Guests have access to the whole house, including the garage which is on the ground floor in the house.

Check in during the summer period (30/6-15/9) is Saturday from 4 pm and check out the following Saturday before 10.

Great apartment and good location

Great place to stay, good location and all mod cons. Could do with a few more items for the kitchen, had loads of wine glasses but had to request some bowls and normal drinking glasses as none were there.

Fantastisk flot ny istandsat byhus. Hvor alle detaljer er i orden og alt fungerer perfekt. Ren, lys og venlig. Dejligt med garage under huset, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Terrassen var dog meget varm, idet den lå meget glemt inde mellem husene og der var ingen luft. Vi kunne godt have brugt et bord med stole, så der havde været mulighed for at sidde og spise på terrassen eller spille spil. Sød, venlig og meget imødekommende værtinde som tog imod os.

très jolie maison dans un charmant village

Une maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. On s'y sent comme chez soi. On apprécie la climatisation et surtout... le jacuzzi! Le centre ville de Marseillan est très agréable. Merci à Christina pour son charmant accueil.
