Comfortable stay in a perfect location

My husband and I came to visit a friend. The apartment is perfectly located to all the nearby attractions. Well-appointed, particularly for those of us who like to cook for ourselves. Immaculately clean and comfortable.

Well located

Great communications from the outset and very detailed arrival instructions. Very convenient location for the port of Marseillan. Lovely secure flat with roller shutters which really keeps the heat out during the day. Secure private parking is a real bonus in Marseillan.

A great place to relax

The Perfect Apartment in Marseillan

We loved this apartment. Perfect location to walk all over town. Safe private parking for your car. Open, light-filled main living/dining/kitchen area. The nicely designed kitchen had a dishwasher and clothes washer plus an island. Plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Comfortable, cozy bed. 2 bedrooms gave us ability to use the second bedroom for our suitcases. Marseillan is charming. We walked in to town or the port area each day. Market day was Tuesday and it’s a good one. Great private tour at NoillyPrat with Pascal. Visited Madeleine St. Jean Winery. Drank lots of their rose’ at lunches. Good restaurants! We ate at Pap Y J’s several times, as well as, Pacheline and Camille’s. We met old friends for lunch in Meze at Villa Les Palmiers for a little more refined cuisine. All in all a wonderful 6 days!

Comfortable apartment close to the port of Marseillan

This apartment is in an ideal location. It is only a few minutes walk to the port with it's numerous restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and has a great courtyard garden as it is on the ground floor. This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as our first.

The accommodation has good sized rooms and excellent outdoor space. Very comfortable and very well equipped. Less than a five minute walk to one of the prettiest ports in the Languedoc. Will definitely stay here again when we return to this area. Veronica is a first rate renter when it comes to communication. Well done

Very enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment with a great terrace. Apartment is a short walk to the port with it's restaurants. Great area for cycling with a cycle track just opposite. Secure parking is also a plus. We will definately use again.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment with a private patio area - ideal for sitting out even in October! Veronica (the owner) was easily contactable and got back to us quickly in reply to any queries. Good location, being within easy walking distance of the town of Marseillan. Supermarket also nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The apartment was excellent and well equipped.

A clean and well equipped apartment with private parking within easy walking reach of the town of Marseillan and even closer to the Marseillan port. Good restaurants in the port and adequate food shopping in and close to the town centre. We visited many towns around Marseillan but avoided the larger cities, Monpellier and Narbonne, our personal choice as we 'don't do cities'. We visited Beziers which we found disappointing others may form a different opinion. Pezenas old town was excellent as was Sete, a 'real' working town. St Guilhem le Desert was again as spectacular as before with the Devils Bridge en route. The temperatures during our week hovered around the mid to upper 20's celsius which was comfortable for walking with no rain experienced although predicted. All in all a pleasant week away from the Charente Maritime. We would recommend this apartment to others seeking a peaceful vacation in southern France.

The apartment is positioned in an excellent location. Just a short walk from the historic port and Marseillan village. A beautiful apartment & very comfortable, home from home and is well equipped to a high standard. It is an open planned layout, has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven and a microwave. The dinning area and lounge are fitted with TV/music player, leading out through patio doors onto a beautiful patio and a small garden with sun loungers, seating with low table, outside table & chairs with parosol. The garden is a real sun trap and for those wanting to keep an eye on the temperature, there is an outside temperature gauge. The garden is also equipped with a BBQ. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Bathroom has a bath & shower, separate toilet across the hallway. All bed linen & towels are supplied. A private secure car parking space is located to the back of the property. There is plenty to do in and around the area, depending on how active you want to make your stay. There are an abundance of restaurants around the port & also in the village, there is a cuisine for everyone from pizza to fish restaurants. We have been told that it is best to make reservations during July/August. With the apartment located where it is, a short walk (10mins) from the port takes you where the Oysters & Mussels are landed.

Eight days at Marseillan in a two bedroom apartment near to the charming historic port

The apartment is well located with the lake being opposite the front of the apartments. The historic port is close by with a number of restaurants and bars. Marseillan Plage is a short drive away which has a lovely beach and a lot more bars and restaurants. Large supermarket at other end of village with a petrol station too. A 30 mins drive from Sete which a beautiful city. The apartment is very well equipped. Open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Fitted with tv, dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Ample crockery and cutlery. Charcoal bbq with outside table, chairs, seating area, and sun loungers.The whole apartment is tiled flooring which keeps the apartment cool. There is also air conditioning, and heating if needed. The two bedrooms both have double beds and come with bedding, and good storage. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, with a seperate toilet. Towels supplied. Two parking spaces in a secured parking area. The apartments was just as described in listing. Veronica has given good customer service. Good location to visit around the Lake. Good value for money.

Agréable séjour à Marseillan

La situation de l'appartement est vraiment bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Idéal pour se promener le soir ou faire ses courses. C'est la seconde fois que nous venons dans la région et Marseillan est le lieu idéal pour se poser. L'appartement est bien équipé, c'est top ! On y reviendra avec plaisir.

Marseillan amazing village - ideal base for cycling

The appartement is pretty close to Marseillan and it’s port beeing an amazing place. It is directly located onto the Herault cycling network connecting various beaches like Marseillan Plage an Cap d‘Agde and a marvellous cycling circus around Etang d‘Thau and the beautifull towns like Mèze and Sète. The appartement is exactly as described, the instructions to enter and accomodate are helpful and precise. The terrace is valuable to accomodate the bycicles, however without a view.

Schönes Appartment in guter Lage

Gute Ausstattung, schöne Lage mit wenigen Schritten zum Étang und nur einigen MInuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und in das Städtchen. Trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir regelmäßig gefrühstückt und ab und zu die Seele baumeln lassen.
