A notre arrivée, la clim le wifi la télé ne fonctionnaient pas. Logement sale et insalubre, avec des nids de cafards jusque dans le frigo. Conformité électrique et de sécurité à revoir. Si vous avez des enfants en bas âge, a éviter car le danger est présent. Nous aurions aimé une meilleure réactivité d’abritel face a notre plainte car ni les conditions sanitaires ni les conditions de sécurité étaient présentes.

Aucun rapport entre l'annonce et la location

Rien à voir avec l'annonce. Par ou commencer ? Maison sale voir très sale(se n'est pas une maison mais un ancien garage) pas de jardin pas de clim pas de Wi-Fi pas de parking privé pour sortir il faut demander aux voisins de bouger leurs véhicules et si vous rentrer tard.... Plus de place. Pratiquement impossible a vivre car c'est un four a l'intérieur. Très mal dormi à cause de la chaleur. L'eau de la "clim" qui ne fonctionne pas coule sur le canapé et le lit. Beaucoup d'aller et venu dans la maison qui est collé à la location donc beaucoup de bruit.

Rapport qualité prix inégalable ! Très bon séjour le lieu est agréable et assez grand . Il s’agit d’une dépendance avec tout le confort Il a été signalé dans les commentaires précédent une porte de douche qui ne ferme pas nous avons trouvé une douche à l’italienne propre et fonctionnelle Les hôtes sont très arrangeants ( ils résident dans la même maison ) et sont de surcroît très sympathiques . Enfin memes si en effet les finitions ne sont pas tjs la , le rapport qualité prix défie toute concurrence . Je recommande vivement ! Encore merci :-)

maintenance et entretien à améliorer nettement (par exemple parois coulissantes douches non réparées depuis des mois ainsi que des tiroirs ou des portes de placard, etc...). Logement calme et bien situé.

A notre arrivée le logement n'était pas nettoyer pleine de poussière odeur de renfermé dans le logement, petites araignées dans le lit , porte de douche cassé niveau sécurité pour les enfants c'est moyen ! pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge je le déconseille vivement !
