The stay was okay overall, mainly thanks to the free coffee, but several things were disappointing. The room was extremely tiny, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the hairdryer didn’t work. What frustrated me most was the lack of flexibility from the staff - they wouldn’t allow check-in even 30 minutes before 3 PM. Hospitality and customer service could definitely be improved.

Very good location, walking distance from the Vieux Port. But this also the neighborhood isn’t quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was small but was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was also good.
