Pro def book a room w the port view, it’s amazing waking up and falling asleep to the lights of the port and seeing the ships. You will not regret this hotel, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is wonderful. Hotel is safe and clean.

Marvellous Marseilles stay

Extremely well placed to explore the heart of Marseilles with a short stroll to the impressive old port. We had a comfortable stay with friendly and professional staff to advise us. Lots to do in the city as the tourist information was nearby which allowed us to visit the Cathedral, Museum and boat trip to the Calanques not to mention the numerous bars and restaurants on our doorstep. It was our first time in Marseilles but it won't be our last. We would be more than happy to return to the Grand Hotel Beauvau!

The Grand Hotel Beauvau was very nice hotel to stay during my two days in Marseille. It was very convenient so I didn't have to worry about spending time getting to places of interest during my short visit. The hotel is two stops away on the M1 Metro line from Gare Saint-Charles, and one block away from The wateefront at Vieux Port and all of the dining options aling the marina. Le Panier is close as well. It is easy to walk to several sites such as Cathedral La Major, Abbaye Saint Victor, and the Mucem. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and considerate.
