Helpful and friendly

I had an appointment at a villa in the hills and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night not too far from the train station. I arrived late so needed special instructions to get in (code etc.). They were very helpful about all of that and for my return to the station I was given a shuttle ride free of charge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

C'est la deuxiÚme fois que nous résidons au St EstÚve. Le lieu est trés agréable et proche du centre ville. L'accueil est sympathique. Notre seule déception est d'avoir eu un lit placard au lieu d'un lit normal mais l'appartement est bien équipé et spacieux.

J'ai appelé la réception pour un retard tardif la dame a été trÚs trÚs gentille et claire dans ses explications. A notre arrivée tout était parfait! Le matin le petit dejeuner était trÚs bien aussi du bon pain, des viennoiseries chaudes et un accueil parfait. Nous étions ravi de notre choix. Nous y retournerons trÚs certainement!!!
