The hotel itself is older but it is clean. It has all the basics and a small kitchenette which is fully equipped. There is also a laundry on the ground floor which has 2 washers and dryers, perfect for when travelling. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much.

Great spot close to the train station (which was my main priority), staff was overly friendly and it was an easy 10 min walk into the main tourist part of the city. The only thing I didn’t love was the area around the hotel seemed a bit unsafe for a solo female traveler and at 6:30 am every morning there’s very loud city workers power washing the steps directly outside your window. It’s not something the hotel can fix but it’s a very unwelcome alarm clock.

Incredible friendly staff!!! It doesn’t happen very often that you get a warm bathroom when taking a shower. Loved it! Great location, clean room. We were arriving early and were able to get into our room without an extra fee. Would highly recommend when visiting Marseille!

The room and the hotel was very good, they upgraded us to a room with a balcony which is very much appreciated. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is onsite washer & dryer, kitchen fully equipped. The only thing is the bed which is a bit too firm for me. Took me a good 2 days to get used to it. The area around the hotel is a bit scratchy even though nothing ever happened to us.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel is really a glorified hostel and apartment rental. Location was ok. I wouldn't stay here again. MY expectation was different from the listing. Although it might serve others, I needed something more hotel like.

The one bedroom apartment was a lovely surprise as we had booked a studio. Was equipped with everything you need and pretty comfortable. The area directly outside is busy with bus stop and metro just along the street but for all that no real noise inside at night. Could do better with the floor cleaning was quite dusty and gritty.
