The host did not come to give us access to the flat, and did not respond to our messages and calls from the day before our arrival until the day we arrive. We had to find a hotel

Being deceived and cheated

When we arrived from the airport at night no one answered the phone or opened the door, as promised. One mobile number resulted non existing. The address provided was wrong, while in the one on the website the building was abandoned. We lost our money and we had difficulty in finding another expensive hotel at 2:30 am because hotels were full for Bruce Springsteen’s concert. Even the following day no one answered the mobile phone and we managed with difficulty to find a distant and more expensive hotel for the second day. The hosting person seems to be non existing. We hope we can arrange to have our money back.

Propriétaire absolument pas sérieux !

Nous avions réservé l’hébergement pour une nuit, je prend contact avec l’hôte quelque semaine plus tôt me disant qu’il n’avait pas reçu le paiement de la part d’abritel, je lui dis bien que de mon coter j’ai étais débiter. N’ayant pas de nouvelle de ce dernier, je lui écrit la veille du départ dans la soirée lui disant notre heure d’arriver, de la, il me dit qu’il n’a sois disant pas de nouvelle d’abritel donc qu’il allait annuler pour que je sois reloger. Résultat, il n’a jamais annulé, je me suis retrouvé à devoir prendre une chambre d’hôtel à 400 car tout était plein, d’appeler le service client, pour être remboursé. Depuis plus aucune nouvelles…. Vraiment je ne recommande absolument pas !
