Place is older but clean and the beds were comfortable, we all had a good night sleep. It was perfect for a place to stay before a day canoeing the Buffalo River 30 minutes away.

The place was clean and so cute when we pulled up. The host was friendly and welcomed us upon checking. She was very easy to correspond with. My kids loved walking in the beautiful yard in the afternoons and seeing the bunnies in the mornings.

This property was great for a big group. The host was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. The place was clean, spacious, and the AC worked great. Room enough to sleep 7 people. One bathroom was not ideal with 7 people, but it works if you’re flexible! There was plenty of hot water to accommodate several showers back to back. Very reasonable price for housing such a large group! Would stay again.
