Hi, my name is Lucia and I am the owner of this wonderful villa immersed in the Apulian countryside, located 500 meters from the city.
The villa overlooks a spectacular panorama of the city which, especially in the evening with its churches and illuminated houses, looks like a splendid nativity scene.
The furniture of the house is particularly modern, with all the comforts you need; it has two simple but comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a very functional kitchen, with various appliances and dishes, and a living room with a very bright living room, thanks to two splendid windows that frame part of the garden.
The swimming pool with whirlpool is purified with salt and surrounded by the garden. equipped with sofas and beds for a very pleasant relaxation.
Ideal for families with children, but also for young couples.
The patio is equipped with sofas, barbecue and dining tables for outdoor dining.
The entire structure is covered by Wi-Fi connection.
Small pets are allowed.

A Lovely Stay with the perfect host!

We loved the beautiful home and picturesque entry….a road adorned with flowers everywhere! The hostesses were incredibly gracious and we felt like we knew them for a lifetime. Only concern was no air conditioning but we did have a nice breeze for most of our three night stay.

Lovely stay in Bella Italia

My husband and I stayed for one week in Villa Rondini together with my parents. The house is beautiful and the apartment is spacious and clean. We arrived really late, around 02:00AM, and Lucia was waiting for us to show us around and had prepared some delicious food. Even though the stay isn't completely private (Lucia lives above the apartment), we didn't hear any noises from upstairs. Lucia and Donatella are wonderful and kind people, they were so welcoming and nothing was too much. When I even told Lucia it was my mom's birthday, she went out into the town and brought back some delicious sweets. Lucia, grazie mille per una ottima vacanza! XX

Perfekt unter der Sonne Apuliens

Wir sind schon seit mehreren Jahren begeisterte Fans Apuliens. Wir schätzen die Gastfreundschaft, das Klima, die Landschaft und die kulinarischen Freuden dieses schönen Landes. Was uns bei Lucia erwartete , war einfach perfekt! Das Haus bietet alle Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, der Pool und das Grundstück laden zum verweilen ein. Die zentrale Lage im Herzen Apuliens ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Stränden der Adria oder des Ionischen Meeres. Auch die kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzen Entfernungen erreichbar. Das besondere Highlight ist jedoch die freundliche Art der Gastgeberin Lucia, sie ist immer für ihre Gäste da. Sei es für einen kleinen Plausch oder einen Ausflugstipp, auch ein Termin in einer örtlichen Einrichtung war schnell gemacht, dank ihrer Hilfe! WIR MÖCHTEN UNS GANZ HERZLICH FÜR UNSEREN TRAUMURLAUB BEDANKEN!!!!!! SEHR GERNE KOMMEN WIR WIEDER!! LIEBE GRÜSSE UND EINE GUTE ZEIT....

Il relax in una villa stupenda

Si conclude anche quest'anno la nostra consueta vacanza in Puglia. Abbiamo scelto di cambiare località per caso e per caso mi sono imbattuta su questo sito, trovando questa proposta. Una villa stupenda, dotata di tutti i comfort che possono servire. Ampia, spaziosa, pulita, una bellezza, esattamente come la vedete in foto. Perla della villa quel piccolo angolo di paradiso, il giardino curatissimo, la piscina con idromassaggio e la pace che circonda il tutto. La villa non lontana dal centro di Martina Franca, facilmente raggiungibile in 3 minuti di automobile è possibile anche a piedi ma poco consigliabile perché la strada è stretta e molto trafficata quindi pericoloso. Troverete le proprietarie Lucia e Donatella ad accogliervi due donne splendide, che con cura gestiscono questa location, loro abitano sopra e quindi si è sempre sicuri che nel caso possa capitare qualcosa loro ci sono. Diventato consueto e piacevole l'ottimo caffè preso insieme in piscina sotto il fresco delle palme. Abbiamo vissuto una stupenda vacanza rilassante. Grazie Simona, Luca, Sara ed il piccolo Rum.

Idéal pour découvrir les pouilles

La maison était parfaite pour notre famille de 3 enfants. Lucia et Donatella aux petits soins et toujours disponibles. Parfaitement situées pour la découverte des pouilles. Plages à 30minutes . Et que dire de cette région les trulli, les oliviers , la foccache. tout était réuni pour un séjour idilyque. A refaire Maison agreable piscine parfaite pour enfants ... seuls bémols envie de revenir...

Ruim huis, matige locatie.

Ruim huis gelegen buiten Martina Franca. Afstand naar centrum is 2,5 km maar is geen wandelroute, auto noodzakelijk. Vriendelijke eigenaresse woont op de eerste etage en is soms 'storend' aanwezig en krijgt dagelijks bezoek die de auto parkeren op terras.
