This new elite house beckons you to a relaxing stay with your family and friends. Built with modern inside-out flow in mind, the house has an open plan kitchen with superior amenities including a Nespresso machine and a separate scullery. Bask in all day sun on the large outdoor deck and when the sun goes down enjoy a relaxing soak in the luxurious bath.



This house boasts an ultra modern central heating / cooling ventilation system as well as privacy and block out blinds to keep out the heat on those sweltering hot days. An electric fireplace mounted on a full length stone wall keeps you cozy while aesthetically pleasing your senses with no smoke or mess.



The house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1 guest bathroom, 1 ensuite and 1 separate guest washroom.

You will also have access to Pinot Grove communal swimming pool (closed from Easter until Labour Weekend), petanque or tennis court.



You will have access to the entire property but please note no vehicle is to be parked in the garage.

This home is situated in a private residential environment and so we enforce a strict no party and no outside guest policy. Max 8 guests only. We request that all guests are mindful of neighbour`s and no loud noise after 10pm.
