One Trick Pony is a 150 acre rustic eco-retreat designed for guests who love the outdoors. The cozy cabin offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people, an outdoor cooking area, fire pit, solar lighting, outdoor shower, and private outhouse. Surrounded by forests and mountain views, it’s the perfect basecamp for hiking, horseback riding, wildlife watching, and relaxing in nature.

Guests have private access to the cabin, surrounding outdoor living spaces, hiking trails, parking area, fire pit, and designated recreation areas. Horseback riding tours may be available by reservation. Cabin is .7 miles from parking. Guests can enjoy a nature hike to the cabin or receive assistance via property vehicle or Polaris off-trail vehicle is available.

Plenty of parking and a short nature hike up the trail. access to horses for trail rides or you can access by car.

This is an authentic outdoor experience. The cabin uses an outdoor shower, private outhouse, and off-grid style amenities. Wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, and occasionally black bears may be seen in the area. Please keep food secured and enjoy the natural surroundings responsibly.
By booking, you acknowledge this is a rustic outdoor glamping experience. No smoking or vaping indoors. No cooking or open flames inside any structure. Keep all food secured to avoid attracting wildlife. Registered guests only. Pets must be approved in advance with the required pet fee. Strip beds and leave linens and used towels in corner of bedroom. Make sure dishes and cooking utensils have been rinsed.. grill and fire pit are turned off. Rechargeable lights are all turned off. Cabin guests should be prepared for a short 0.7-mile walk from the parking area, or arrange a shuttle with staff during operating hours.
