The name is a baseball pun referencing runners in scoring position. The setting on Goodyear lake is very picturesque. The views are beautiful - whether you are on the water, on the dock, dining on the open deck or relaxing in the main living / dining/ kitchen areas.
Inside everything is new from top to bottom, no detail has been overlooked. The first floor bathroom even sports a Bluetooth compatible ceiling light/speaker, so you can listen to your music while in the bathroom getting ready. The kitchen has beautiful solid surface countertops, a tiled backsplash and trendy stainless steel exhaust fan. This kitchen is plenty spacious for your week away and has countertop seating at the breakfast bar.
There is a queen bedroom on the fist floor. The 2nd floor includes a queen bedroom, a bedroom w/ a set of bunk beds and a 3rd bedroom with a twin trundle bed.
