The saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case that’s pretty much it. We were basically only going to be sleeping in the room. The pool areas was nice and clean. The staff was as helpful as they could be. The room itself wasn’t terrible but definitely could use a good deep cleaning and bedding changed regularly. Found little hairs in the bedding looks like maybe bedding wasn’t changed before we checked in from prior people. All in all just needing to sleep somewhere it was ok.

The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub.

Nice staff and great price. Only issue I had was We had 2 adults and 3 children in our room. Was only given TWO bath towels. When I went to the front desk I was told they didnt have anymore. The whole hotel was very dirty. Alot of areas in the room itself had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors in the hallway were so dirty. I only saw the 2 staff members the whole time i was there. There were never any towels in the pool area.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. There were old towels under the sink from previous guests. There were pieces of food and gum stuck to the carpets. Air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode at night and the room smelled moldy. The pool was okay but there were no towels there. Would not recommend staying here ever. The inside of all the drawers had dead bug and dirt and there was hair all over my shower. Hotel was gross. 7.2 rating on hotels.com is ridiculous.
