Get cozy in our hand built tiny house!

We have spent the last 2 years building this tiny house with local Tennessee wood and put a ton of love into it and hope you feel that! We cannot wait to share this space with you! :)

We are 25 min to downtown Knoxville, 25 minutes to Townsend, 35 min to Pigeon Forge and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg!

Closest airport is only 12-15 minutes away (it’s the Knoxville/McGhee Tyson airport)

Brand new HOT TUB!

We love to customize stays! So if you have a special occasion, let us know! 😍 anniversaries, elopements, proposals, birthdays, father-son fishing weekend, girls weekend, etc… We can also connect you with local businesses for charcuterie boards, mobile massages and mini photoshoots!


Access to river- we DO have a dock on property (it’s shared with the neighboring house) but feel free to bring camp chairs or the travel chairs under stair case down to the dock or the hammock to put down by the trees!

Don't forget to check out the roof top deck when you're here- perfect for happy hour cocktails or laying and watching the stars!

*we do not allow any animals

*we are located on 2 acres, sharing that acreage with another house. There is a privacy fence between the two. There IS a neighborhood behind us. But we have tried our best to make you feel secluded here with curtains on the deck, a privacy fence and facing the house toward the river.
