Great central location to all Cape Cod attractions. Only minutes to some of the best ponds and hiking trails on Cape Cod. The award winning Mashpee Commons upscale shopping center with its top notch restaurants are only minutes away. Easy access to beaches on Cape Cod Bay (7 miles), Atlantic (10 miles), and Buzzards Bay (15 miles). Centrally located between Hyannis and Falmouth making it convenient to the Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard ferry terminals and entertainment.

Fun Cape house!

We traveled with teens and everyone loved the basement, deck and fire pit. The outdoor shower was awesome! The house was clean, exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Mashpee

Home was great for our family of 6 ! Plenty of space to spread out and also spend time together. The kitchen was like new and fully equipped. The basement was amazing - so many fun games, tv and seating- the deck, fire pit area and outdoor shower were awesome too . Neighborhood is lovely with trails nearby for walking.
