Good location and convenient for local restaurants and shops. Lovely view over the bay from the restaurant. Our room had a small balcony. Daily maid service, but toiletries weren’t filled upon arrival so needed to have this corrected. Would stay here again.

Property was clean, had a shuttle to town but we never used it due to time we needed was to early. We did however use public transportation that was right outside the hotel. Was very cheap. And we saved money by not having to get taxis. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Variety of options. Eggs, pancakes, different fruit. Over all was a great stay. Just had an absolutely amazing week at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were so helpful & polite. They have a shuttle bus to take you down to Sorrento if you want to go or you can walk into St Agata in less than five minutes where there are plenty of shops & restaurants. Food at the hotel was very good with lots of options for breakfast & evening meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone & we definitely intend to return in the future.

The atmosphere was beautiful and we even loved the free live music on the patio on Friday night! The only thing that we didn’t love was that when we were trying to checkout early to get to our flight on time, no one was at the desk for over 10 minutes.

Hotel Jaccarino exceeded all of our expectations. The staff were absolutely amazing and felt like family from the get go. Thank you so much for the amazing service, friendly attitudes, and making us feel so welcome. Special mention to the waitstaff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner time, they were so lovely and we hated saying goodbye when we left! We will definitely be back!
