A beautiful panoramic garden with a pool reserved for the use of the seven apartments offers guests the chance to relax and enjoy the outdoor space, along with a furnished area with a pergola and a barbecue corner.
The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere. Along with a church, at the town’s main square there is also a restaurant where visitors can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer period. Not far from the area is the beautiful Versilia zone, the Apuan Alps and the historical cities Lucca and Pisa.

Posizione molto interessante, isolata quanto basta per godere del silenzio della natura e della visione del cielo senza inquinamento luminoso, si trova lungo il percorso della Via franchigena, la casa è antica ma pulita e ben organizzata, la vista sul mare all'orizzonte molto romantica. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very attractive location, isolated enough to enjoy the silence of nature and the view of the night sky without light pollution, it is located along the route of the Via franchigena, the house is old but clean and well organised, the view of the sea on the horizon is very romantic.

Trotz Sprachbarrieren war ein kleines nettes Gespräch immer an der Tagesordnung. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Ein Generalreinigung und Überprüfung der Gebrauchsgegenstände wäre allerdings angezeigt. Garten und Pool sind immer bestens gepflegt, was gerade bei max. Belegung sehr wertvoll ist. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] This was the 2nd holiday in this house. We were again delighted by the hospitality of Paolo and especially by Luigi. Despite language barriers, a little nice conversation was always on the agenda. The apartment is simple but sufficiently equipped. . A general cleaning and inspection of the utensils would be indicated. Garden and pool are always well maintained, which is very valuable.
