Il Corbezzolo is a villa, which lies only 6 km from the sea; the villa has a strategic position, only a few meters to restaurants and shops, surrounded by a spacious garden (2’000 sqm) which is completely fenced with a beautiful swimming pool (set in earth, 12 x 6 m, depth: 1.10 – 3m).
The property is attached on one side (the confining property is only used from time to time), surrounded by a garden, which is set in terraces and completely fenced, equipped with a lovely veranda with a table, chairs, sun-umbrellas, barbeque and a dreamy swimming pool which is at the exclusive use of the guests as also the changing room and shower with warm water.

Good strategic position – only 6 km from the sea, 400m from a grocery and other shops, 350 m from restaurants. The house is surrounded from trees and a big green garden, although it lies in a residential area and close to the motorway ( which can be heard in some moments of the day and of the year) and close to important connecting routes. The villa is perfect for guests which would like to explore whole Tuscany – Lucca 20 km, Florence 80 km, Pisa 20 km or the wonderful beaches of the Versilia!
1st floor (lies ground floor as the villa is set on a hill): entrance, kitchen with stove, oven, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, dining room with table and exit onto the terrace, living room with a table, couches and upholstered chairs, SAT-TV, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning , 1 spacious bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, desk, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin, air conditioning on the landing.
From the main entrance within a few steps downwards access to the lower floor (same height as the garden) living room with couch and upholstered chairs and exit onto the garden and swimming pool. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, laundry room with washing machine.
The villa is tastefully and colourful furnished, with a few pieces of antique furniture, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms.
