We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house with a big pool and whirlpool. The garden and terrace are big and we just felt very comfortable. We were travelling as a family with three adult sons and we all had room for privacy. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The house is located perfectly to start bike or hiking tours. Lucca and Pisa are each 30 minutes away, Florence is an hour away by car.Elisa and her family are wonderful hosts. We strongly recommend this place!

Tolles Haus - Tolle Lage - Tolle Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und am Pool kann man sich in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr gut entspannen. Elisa ist sehr hilfsbereit, liebevoll und eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Oase van rust met een schitterend uitzicht

De kronkelend weg naar het verblijf op de berg was een uitdaging als je dat niet gewend bent. Eenmaal je het vakantiehuis bereikt kom je terecht op een prachtig domein met een heel mooi uitzicht. Alles is er aanwezig, er zijn veel zithoekjes en we leefden er bijna continu buiten. Ideaal voor reizigers die rust opzoeken en heel graag ter plaatse blijven. De lieve huisdieren waren een pluspunt voor onze kinderen. We hadden ook alle privacy, het zwembad en jacuzzi zijn de moeite en proper onderhouden. De knusse slaapkamers bevinden zich onder de dakpannen dus airco zou hier wel een pluspunt zijn, vooral bij een hittegolf zoals bij ons. De eigenaars wonen naast de woning en zijn altijd beschikbaar maar houden zich volledig afzijdig. Ze zijn zeer lief, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig en lossen ieder probleempje direct en correct op. Ze spreken meerdere talen wat de communicatie makkelijk maakt. Het stadje zelf is weinig toeristisch maar op een half uur rijden zit je op enkele toplocaties. Je hebt wel steeds de wagen nodig en met een beetje opzoekwerk vind je een goede parking nabij de toeristische trekpleisters. Bedankt aan Elisa en haar papa voor de goede zorgen!

Wundervolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre) für 2,5 Wochen zu Gast bei Elisa. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderbar. Durch die Lage auf dem Berg hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Seen. Außerdem ist es etwas kühler und es geht immer ein leichter Wind, was im Hochsommer sehr angenehm ist. Der Pool war sehr groß und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß darin. Es gibt zusätzlich sogar noch einen Whirlpool. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Elisa und ihre Familie sind super Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Sie wohnen gleich nebenan, sind aber sehr zurückhaltend. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen :-).

10 Tage Aufenthalt 4 Personen + 1 1/2 jährige.

Waren im Juli 10 Tage dort. Es war alles super und sauber. Geschirr alles vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bettwäsche etc. Man braucht sich um nichts zusätzliches kümmern. Babybett und Stuhl haben wir auch auf Nachfrage bekommen. Pool schön groß zur Abkühlung, sogar mit Aussendusche. Whirlpool auch top. Einzige negative Kleinigkeiten: Die Anfahrt ist etwas beschwerlich über recht schmale Wege den Berg hinauf. Aber man wird mit einem tollen Panorama belohnt und nach ein paar Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Die Treppe in den zweiten Stock ist etwas Steil, aber auch nichts schlimmes. Die Einrichting ist etwas Oldschool, aber gefällt bestimmt auch manchen. Ansonsten sind Elisa und Ihre Familie mega freundlich und wir konnten die Tage in aller Ruhe genießen.

Tolles Haus in der Toskana

Wir waren eine 5er Gruppe und haben 1 Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool als auch die Innenausstattung sind einfach megaaaa! Auch zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto wobei die An-/Abfahrt auf der kleinen Straße ein wenig abenteuerlich ist aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Elisa und ihre Familie hat uns sehr nett empfangen, nochmals danke für die leckere Pasta bei unserer Ankunft!! Und es gab noch Nala den süßen Haushund der einen täglich herzlich begrüßte. Fazit: Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, super nette Familie! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Tolle Lage für Erholung, Strand und Ausfüge.

In dem wunderschönen Haus mit der tollen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir uns sehr gut erholt. Gerade bei hohen Temperaturen haben wir die Lage in den Bergen sehr genossen.

Awesome holiday

We had a relaxed stay in a very spacious and cozy house. We loved the scenery, the nice and wide view the swimming pool, but also the hospitality of Elisa and family. A lot of things to visit in the neighbourhood, like nice ancient cities, beach, concerts, etc.

Ein Urlaub zum Genießen in absoluter Ruhe und mit grandioser Aussicht!

Das Haus liegt in den Bergen oberhalb von Massarosa/Viareggio. Die Lage ist traumhaft, bei klarer Sicht kann man sogar Pisa, Livorno, Elba und Korsika sehen - auch abends mit Lichtern ein echtes Highlight! Es ist rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet - es fehlte an Nichts! Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Der Pool ist um einiges größer als erwartet - wir haben viel Zeit darin verbracht! Elisa, die Vermieterin, und ihre Familie sind sehr nett, sie wohnen nebenan, sind aber sehr dezent. Wenn wir Informationen oder Hilfe benötigten, waren sie jederzeit verfügbar. Der Weg zum Haus den Berg hinauf ist selbst mit einem großen Auto gut zu schaffen - auch wenn es im ersten Moment etwas ungewohnt und abenteuerlich erscheint. Die Auswirkungen der Waldbrände im Juli diesen Jahres sind noch zu sehen, hinderten uns aber nicht daran den Urlaub ausgiebig zu genießen. Sehr gerne möchten wir uns nochmal für die große Gastfreundschaft bedanken - es war einfach alles perfekt! Wir planen wiederzukommen!

Sommerurlaub 2022

Wir haben im Juli 2022 eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Eine wundervolle Aussicht! Auch hohe Temperaturen lassen sich gut aushalten, dank Pool und vielen Möglichkeiten auch im Schatten zu sitzen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage

Wir haben 2 erholsame Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Anfahrt den Berg hoch ist nicht ganz einfach, die Straßen sind sehr schmal, aber ab dem 2. Tag ist das gar kein Problem mehr 😊 Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und wir haben den Ausblick bis zum Meer sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Elisa für die freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung!

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Wir waren mit drei Kindern (13/10/10) eine Woche im Mai / Juni 2021 in Massarosa in dem wunderschönen Haus. Wirklich bemerkenswert ist der atemberaubende Ausblick über die Ebene beim Lago die Massaciuccoli bis zum Meer von Viareggio bis weit nach Süden. Auch Pisa ist zu sehen. Wir meinten sogar Korsika im Dunst erkennen zu können. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet und außerordentlich gepflegt. Auf verschiedenen Terrassen kann man sich aufhalten im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Den großen Pool liebten unsere Kinder sehr. Das Haus ist insgesamt wirklich schön und bietet drei schöne Schlafzimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Stockbett und ist sonst recht klein, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind groß genug. Alles ist wirklich gut gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der schönen Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in den Bergen über Massarosa und ist nur gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Meer bei Viareggio braucht man eine knappe halbe Stunde über zum Teil sehr kleine Straßen. Im ca. zwei Kilometer entfernten Örtchen gibt es ein kleines Lädchen, ansonsten muss man immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sein. Beim Ankommen waren wir erst etwas unsicher, ob wir noch richtig sind, da der Weg das letzte Stück durch einen zum Teil sehr wild wirkenden Wald führt. Aber wenn man ankommt eröffnet sich das kleine Paradies. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr herzlich und hilfreich. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert und alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal Gelegenheit haben.

Petit air de paradis

Nous avons adoré ce lieu à la fois calme relaxant dans un cadre magnifique et proche de la mer de Florence de Pisé et de jolis villages. La très grande piscine fut une super surprise ! A noter qu’une voiture est nécéssaire pour profiter de tout. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets et disponibles si besoin. Nous y retournerons!
