Für ein bis zwei Nächte akzeptabel.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Laut Homepage sollte das Schwimmbad bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sein. Vor Ort wurde uns mitgeteilt das es nur bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Fernbedienung vom TV defekt. Frühstück war einfach aber okay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat für ich ein Zimmer hergerichtet, denn Expedia hatte meine Buchung nicht weitergeleitet. Da Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstücksbüfett und auch büfett am Abend waren sehr umfangreich. 👍👍

ziehmlich altes muffiges Hotel, gleicht einer Rehaklinik, entäuscht.. Betten hart und unbequem. Frühstücksbuffet okey, aber Geschirr hatte einen komischen Geruch.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel zum Entspannen

Wir waren dort vier Tage. Es war super schön. Wir konnten tagsüber viel wandern und abends das leckere Restaurant plus das Schwimmbad und die Sauna genießen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, nichts besonderes, aber sauber und es ist alles da. Man kann aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage total entspannen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Comfortabel hotel aan buitenrand van Weismar

Ruime kamers, maar erg laag bed en alleen een ligbad waardoor moeilijk voor oudere gasten. Howel vier sterren geen extraatjes in de badkamer. Fijn zwembad en goede welness-voorzieningen. Riant ontbijt, maar het restaurant laat bij het diner zulke grote steken vallen dat we het (in ons vijfdaags verblijf) bij een diner hebben gelaten. De wifi bleef het ondanks hulp van de receptie vaak niet doen.

Schöne Natur bei unzureichender Infrastruktur

Das Hotel besticht eher durch alten FDGB Charme, viele Bereiche sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig, verstaubte Plasteblumen an Rezeption und im Speisesaal sind nicht wirklich einladend, geschweige denn zeitgemäß, die Sauna ist mit 8 Sitzplätzen und 5 Liegestühlen für ca. 250 Gäste eindeutig zu klein. Leider entschädigt die schöne Umgebung nicht für die fast komplett fehlende Infrasruktur. Ein Großteil der Gaststätten, Cafés und Kneipen War geschlossen bzw. nicht mehr existent. Wanderungen von 6 Stunden ohne Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind eigentlich ein no go!

Geplant war ein knapp 1 Woche dauernder Urlaub in Thüringen. Deshalb habe ich diese Hotel in guter Umgebung, mit reichlichen sportlichen Möglichkeiten im Hotel und im Nachbarhotel ausgesucht. Hier ist mir als erstes dieses Hotel mit Top Preis-/ Leistunggsverältnis aufgefallen. Leider waren die Bewertungen sehr wechselhaft, deshalb war meine Erwartung nicht sehr hoch. Trotzdem waren wir beide absolut zufrieden, hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Winterurlaub im "Frankenblick"

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Der Ski- und Schlittenverleih ist ca. 3 km entfernt. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Hotel sich darum kümmern könnte, da in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Rodelbahn und viele Loipen sind. Auch gibt es eine Skiarea für echte Wintersportler mit Nachtflutlicht und Lift. Wanderwege gibt es reichlich (Rennsteig). Ideal für Familien, da es viele Zimmer mit Verbindungstüren gibt. Auch vorhanden, ein Schwimmbad und ein Fitnessraum. Es gibt ein großes Restaurant mit Panoramablick und eine Bar.

Wir waren drei Tage und haben das Hallenbad und die Sauna genossen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen und das gesamte Ambiente lädt ein zum wohlfühlen und abschalten.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit gutem Service

Wir waren nur für einen Kurzurlaub hier.Das Hotel war eigentlich so wie wir es erwartet hatten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich,die Zimmer hell und sauber,das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend,der Pool sauber und mit ca. 1,2m Tiefe auch für Kinder ideal. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die A la Carte-Zeit im Restaurant(12-21 Uhr).Als wir am Anreisetag gegen 16 Uhr essen wollten,wurden wir abgewiesen.Beim neuen Versuch gegen 17 Uhr wurden wir zwar bedient,aber wir hatten das Gefühl,daß wir nicht willkommen waren.Der Hinweis des Personals,wir sollen 18 Uhr wieder kommen,bestätigte unser Gefühl.Dennoch ist das Hotel weiterempfehlenswert.
