It is tastefully furnished in a modern style and cared for in the finishes: everything has been designed and created to offer guests total serenity and a comfortable and comfortable stay. The 35 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residential building and consists of a double bedroom, an equipped and habitable kitchen, a bathroom with shower and can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
Cozy House is equipped with an innovative door and door opening system through a secure keyboard system that allows the guest maximum autonomy. Before arrival, the Guest will receive a message on his mobile phone with all the instructions for self check-in.
The apartment is entirely and exclusively usable by guests in all its parts and the Host is available to the Guest in case of need because he lives and works a few minutes from the apartment.

Sehr saubere und gut strukturierte Wohnung mit öffentlichen Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür. Zentrale Lage, ca. 10 gemütliche Gehminuten ins Zentrum.
Exzellente Einweisung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat auch viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in und um Materna. Sollten wir wieder nach Materna kommen, dann garantiert wieder hier
