The facility was clean. The morning and dinner buffets were good. Outdoor onsen had two pools with different temperature settings. Hotel is located close to the main attractions at Matsushima. Good value.

Not worth it.

We reserved a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke! We were given another room, which was just the same. Since it was late, it wasn’t possible to find another hotel, so we had to stay in the smoky “non-smoking” room. The food was included in the stay, but we still ended up paying a dinner fee — so much for “included.” The only thing nice was the view.

食事は夕食朝食ともバイキングで洋食和食両方食べられるのが良かった。 ロビーに無料のアルコール🍺やジュース🍹も飲み放題で入浴後楽しめた。 遊覧船や瑞巌寺にも歩いて行ける距離で便利だった。 ♨️はPH8でもっとアルカリの強いのを期待してたので少し残念。 部屋から海も見えたし料金相当だった。

料理内容が非常に宜しくない。 種類はあそこまで豊富でなくて良いから、品数を搾って品質を上げたほうがよいと思う。 食事していて、他の宿泊客も美味しいという言葉は１言も聞こえなかった。 子供の頃の給食のような味で、それはそれで良い人はいるかもしれないが一人当たり30000円近い価格の宿泊費の食事品質とは思えなかった。 廊下や、部屋にも隅々にホコリやチリがたくさんあり衛生的とは感じなかった。 ロケーションは非常に良い場所なので、非常に勿体ない。 全国に誇る松島なので、頑張ってほしいと思いました。
