Funktionale kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Carnon sehr genossen. Die Lage ist schön am Hafen gelegen mit vielen Restaurants und Attraktionen. Der Strand ist auch sehr nah. Mit dem Bus 4 (Civadière / Mairie Annexe: https://www.paysdelor.fr/vie-quotidienne/transports/ligne-4/ ) und dann Tram 3 kommt man auch ohne Auto nach Montpellier. Zu viert war die Wohnung allerdings doch sehr klein. Die Küchenecke ist nur mühselig zum Kochen und Abwaschen geeignet, mit sehr kleinem Waschbecken und nur zwei Herdplatten (die aber dank Induktion sehr gut funktionieren). Es gibt eine Nespressomaschine. Sehr gut gefiel uns auch der schnelle Internetzugang, und gute Nachtruhe dank zweifacher Scheiben (Loggia) und Vollverdunklung (Rolladen + Vorhang). In unseren Tagen war es sehr heiß, und die Wohnung heizt sich schnell auf. Es gibt zwar eine mobile Klimaanlage, man muss aber das Fenster nach draußen öffnen, um die Abluft zu gewährleisten. Damit strömt aber unweigerlich auch heiße Luft von außen nach drinnen. Sehr ineffizient mit großem Stromverbrauch. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch eine Mitarbeiterin der Agentur, die notwendige Abstimmung eines Termins zur Schlüsselübergabe war etwas mühsam. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Parfait pour des vacances avec activités extérieures

Le petit studio est parfait pour un pied à terre pour les vacances. Très fonctionnel et à mi chemin des 2 meilleurs restaurants de la ville : à droite Le Lamparo, à gauche le Petit Louis. Meilleurs cocktails, à gauche Le Yacht . Je vous souhaite de bonnes vacances !!!!
