In 2023, we completely renovated the kitchen and living room, creating a modern, fully equipped space designed for comfort and convenience. The bathroom is fresh and functional, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.

Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé avec vue sur la marina. Accès à la plage à pieds en 5/10 minutes. Très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour profiter de Carnon.Merci à Myriam pour son accueil chaleureux et parfait. Appartement très spacieux et lumineux. Traversant dont très agréable en cas de grosses chaleurs, l'air circule ! Vue dégagée et agréable sur le port et la marina. Pas besoin de véhicule, tout est à proximité. Propriétaires à l'écoute, réactifs et charmants !
