This air-conditioned villa of 80 m² consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, two toilets, and can accommodate up to six people. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector for TV, a sound system, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden with many relaxation areas, barbecue, covered terrace, two balconies upstairs, and a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. Situated near the Étang de l'Or, a protected natural site known for its wildlife and flora, it offers a peaceful retreat in a picturesque setting.
Public transport is within walking distance and a parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee). Smoking is not permitted inside. An electric vehicle charging station is available (service offered for an extra fee).
