Beautiful renovated house - 3 Bedrooms - Sea & Countryside

10 minutes from Cherbourg, our house is located in the heart of the small village of Maupertus sur Mer. Completely renovated on 3 levels and tastefully furnished, it offers all the comforts of a modern home. You can also enjoy a beautiful terrace with his Olivier.
The beach of the Brick Cove, the countryside, the moors and the nearby wood gives the place a special charm. Ideal place to relax, you will love this stay in the heart of Val de Saire.

The exteriors have been redone as a whole (terrace, outbuilding, large yard etc ...).

Ideal for sharing moments with the family, the kitchen and the living room are open in the same volume. The set is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking, eating meals, watching TV etc ... The living room is very nice with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs. It gives access to a small room that can store things, wash and dry clothes.

The first floor includes two large bedrooms equipped with TVs (+ DVD player and movies). A bathroom with a double vanity unit + Shower + WC. This level also includes an office area with a round table and two armchairs ... you can enjoy my many comics.

On the 2nd floor, the largest room overlooks a relaxation area with a sofa bed, an Xbox and many games ... for children and adults.

Towels and sheets are provided.

The terrace area includes table, chairs and BBQ.

Großartig!

Sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtetes schönes Haus mit praktischer Raumaufteilung im kleinen, malerischen Ort Maupertus-sur-Mer mit typischen SteinhĂ€usern in ruhiger Lage. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und der Check-In/-Out waren völlig unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he vorhanden. Im Haus lagen Tipps und VorschlĂ€ge bereit. Die herrliche Umgebung des Cotentin, der nahe gelegene Strand in der Bucht, die vielen Spazier- und Wanderwege an der KĂŒste haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus wieder buchen.

TrĂšs jolie maison, trĂšs confortable et bien situĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions 6, 2 adultes et 4 ados, chacun avait son espace et les jeux des uns de gĂȘnaient en rien la tranquillitĂ© des autres. Un petit clin d’Ɠil au voisin, source de savoirs , trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs gentil. location Ă  recommander.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Die Ankunft am Haus war schon perfekt. Der Vermieter hat uns ĂŒber alles wichtige im Voraus informiert und das Haus war in einem perfekten Zustand. Die Einfahrt ist etwas eng aber auch mit Van und FahrradtrĂ€ger machbar. Im Haus liegen Hinweise zum Ausparken. Das Haus ist fĂŒr große Familien perfekt aufgeteilt. Wir hatten zu fĂŒnft viel Freude. Der Strand ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze und man kann gut spazieren gehen und Baden.
