Located 9 km from Le Bugue (shops), this 150 m² semi-detached house adjoins the owners' residence but offers complete privacy. The entrance opens into a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, leading to the living/dining area which opens onto the terrace, garden, and swimming pool. Four steps lead down to five bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet: three bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A shared laundry room with the owners includes a washing machine and dryer. The 1500 m² unfenced garden features garden furniture, a 25 m² terrace, a barbecue, and a swing/slide. Parking is available in front of the house for up to four vehicles.

The entrance opens into a large living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen leading onto the living/dining area, which opens onto the terrace, garden, and swimming pool. Private, unheated, chlorine swimming pool, open from May 1st to October 15th, measuring 4.50m x 9m and 1 to 1.50m deep, secured by a barrier. Petanque court.

Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair. Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 9 km from Le Bugue (Aquarium du Périgord Noir, Bournat village, Proumeyssac chasm, etc.), 13 km from Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (Font-de-Gaume cave, Grand Roc cave, National Museum of Prehistory, etc.), 31 km from Montignac (International Centre for Cave Art Lascaux 4), and 40 minutes from the towns of Sarlat, Périgueux, and Bergerac, you will be ideally situated to discover the cultural and historical heritage of our Périgord region.

Super séjour en famille

Ce qui nous a plu : Parfait pour passer un long week-end en famille dans un endroit très calme et agréable. Le gîte correspondait à nos attentes. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine dont ils ont bien profité après nos excursions.Ce qui nous a déplu : A notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a informés que nous devions partir le dimanche matin à 9h30. Je lui ai fait remarquer que l'heure de départ sur l'annonce était fixée à 10h. Le dimanche à 10h PILE pas une minute de plus la propriétaire qui loge dans la même bâtisse est arrivée accompagnée de son mari pour regarder si tout était OK et récupérer les clefs. Nous louons des gîtes 2 à 3 fois par an, nous n'avons jamais vu un tel comportement, fort heureusement ! Nous aurions pu effectivement lui rendre la clef avant si nous n'avions pas pris le soin de balayer les feuilles autour de la piscine, nettoyer à grands jets d'eau l'espace déjeuner extérieur et de vouloir rendre un gîte propre après le passage de 10 personnes dont 4 enfants en bas âge pendant 4 jours.
