Travelled with group
Avoid at all costs. Party of three, taking two rooms - we left the hotel after an hour. Rubbish had not been cleaned from bins from previous occupants, bed linen stained, stuffing coming out of pillows. Hotel refused my refund (my colleagues received theirs immediately) and hotels.com thinks this is acceptable.
