Ideally located in the pretty village of Mayrègne, in the Oueil valley, 11km above Luchon, La Grange de Mayrègne welcomes you for green, quiet stays, allowing all outdoor activities. You will love to meet up with your family, for a weekend or for your holidays, and enjoy its exceptional location facing the valley and the Luchon peaks. The panorama of the mountain from the garden or the largely glazed living room is unforgettable. The barn, superbly restored, highlights wood and stone, preserving the spirit of the place while bringing it comfort and modernity. The property includes the Barn and the second home of the owner's brother. Each house is independent and has its own outdoor space (only the access gate is shared). Reserved parking spaces on the roadside. Storage room for skis, bikes... Loan of 2 sleds and 2 pairs of snowshoes. Pets not allowed. Gîte on 2 levels, each accessible on one level: The upper floor is occupied by the living rooms: entrance, separate toilet, superb living room benefiting from a very beautiful volume, bright with its large bay windows overlooking the valley. The living room accommodates several spaces: the TV corner, the fireplace with its wood stove, the games area (or teleworking for the more studious!). The kitchen opens onto the dining area which looks out over the mountains. A staircase (without banister) leads to the lower level, also accessible from the street (courtyard). This floor is dedicated to the sleeping areas with 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm) (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160cmx200cm) (1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x190cm and a relaxation area), a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room with shower, a separate toilet and a laundry area under the stairs. Underfloor heating by heat pump. WIFI and wired Internet connection. Beautifully restored old barn in the heart of the Oueil Valley. Breathtaking view!
