Casa Cozy:
- A very private and well-equipped villa with a large private heated pool set into a large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains by the sea.
- Sited on an elevated and large corner-plot that provides beautiful and uninterrupted views of the mountains by the Mediterranean sea and that also prevents any passers-by from seeing into the garden and pool areas.
- Located in the exquisite Mazarron Country Club - which is by far the nicest urbanization on the whole of the Costa Calida.
- Close to the many facilities in the local area and only 14 minutes drive to the beaches.

Highlights:
• Large and very private south-facing garden space around the private heated pool.
• Lots of space to relax in the sun and enjoy the stunning views and the pool.
• VERY comfortable pool-side outside furniture and with a great gas fired BBQ with lots of accessories next to all of this.
• The pool was renovated in April 2024 and has inbuilt seating on both sides of the steps. A pool heater was installed in April 2025.
• A spacious new living & dining room overlooking the pool and the nearby panoramic mountain scenery. (built in May 2025)
• Only 14 minutes’ drive to excellent Blue Flag beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranen sea.
• Very quiet central air conditioning (that does cold and hot) in all rooms in the villa. The front conservatory (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) and the new living & dining rooms both have their own dedicated AC units.
• Quiet ceiling fans in all rooms
• Large 60" flat screen TV with UK/DE/ES/FR/NL channels.
• TV with DVD in rear bedroom and further TV in front bedroom
• Excellent and Free 100Mb internet connection (soon to be upgraded to Starlink) with good Wi-Fi signal throughout the house and garden.

• Last but not least, the large solar energy system sustainably powers the entire property via the sun with zero CO² emissions.. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This also means that the house is grid power-cut-proof. (as was recently proven in April 2025)

What can we say!! Amazing experience on booking, arriving at the villa to leaving x Callum was an amazing host and made us feel looked after from the get go. Casa Cozy itself is stunning and has everything you could wish for, it’s clean, full of awesome features and the pool and new solarium are fantastic. Lovely property that has everything for your perfect holiday. Great pool and poolside area with lots of comfortable furniture. Lovely relaxing Villa

Casa Cozy had everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Beautiful outside pool and dining area with fantastic views of the mountains. We loved the little property. Enough space for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the pool every day! A lovely location and friendly neighbours. Local amenities only a short drive away. Only negative is that the bed for a double is two singles pushed together, and they move apart during the night.

Mazarron Sunshine

The property was clean and comfortable and although compact, the owners had made the maximum of the space available and provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The entertainment system was the best I have experienced providing access to sports, cinema & UK domestic TV. The outdoor space was exceptionally good, with ample space for outdoor living and enjoying the most of the Mazarron Sunshine. The location was very convenient with easy access to beaches, mountains and towns when a little retail therapy is needed. The communication with the owners was excellent from the day of the booking all the way through to our departure. They provided all the information we would need about the property and the local area. Their information manual was the most comprehensive I have ever seen and enabled us to settle in very easily. I can recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the Mazarron area.

Cozy Retreat

Our time at this wonderful house cannot be summarized in a short review, but suffice it to say that we regretted having to leave at the end of our amazing week. This house is ideal for a vacation. We found ourselves wondering if we shouldn’t buy a similar house, while lounging around the pool one evening. That’s the first thing: this pool is just the right size and the grading is ideal for children, while also deep enough for adults. The backyard, which contains the pool, is amply shielded from potentially prying eyes. We felt so comfortable spending our days at and around the pool, grilling, and eating in the outdoor dining area. We also found the kitchen and cooking equipment/utensils to be just right. Thanks to the kitchen’s ease of use, we rarely ate out. You will require a car to complete your shopping or to spend any amount of time outside the house, as the property itself is a bit remote. That being said, we spent most of our time enjoying the peace and quiet of the house, walking the trails around the property, and visiting the onsite “tavern.” We only occasionally felt the need or desire to leave the property to either go to the store or sightsee in Mazarrón and Cartagena - both of which are close and worth a visit. The owners, Callum and Chris were also very gracious and kind. Our first interaction with Callum happened minutes after we booked our stay. He helpfully contacted us to provide information and sweeten our stay in a way we could never have imagined. By the time we arrived, we already knew all we needed to know and could immediately launch into our holiday. I highly recommend this home!

Little Gem

We rented Casa Cozy whilst we were in the process of purchasing a similar property on this development The Country Club after we had completed we knew the hard work of decorating, unpacking etc would begin so to come back to Casa Cozy was truly wonderful where we just chilled . The owners of this villa have gone beyond there bounds to think of every home comfort and detail . The pool area is beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains again attention to detail with lovely loungers, excellent seating area and a real sun trap! My husband and I cannot fault this ‘Gem’ and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that perfect holiday villa! Thank you Callum & Chris our new neighbours to be! Diane & Malcolm Fitch

Little piece of heaven

We have just returned from Casa Cozy in late October and the weather was beautiful as was the villa itself. The owners Callum and Chris have thought of everything, the villa is well equipped and very clean. The outside area has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. The pool is amazing and very comfortable sun beds. Lovely outside dining area with again everything you need. Callum and Chris are great hosts and communicated very well with us. The housekeeper Penny is very friendly and made us feel very welcome in the area. We would definitely recommend the villa and give 10 out of10 and look forward to returning next year. Fantastic Villa everything you need and more.

Casa Cozy was perfect for us we could not of asked for a cleaner, well kept and fully equipped villa. The owners were so attentive making sure that we were happy and everything was in good order. we liked the quiet location and the surrounding mountains, a very peaceful place to be and within a 5 minute drive to the local town/port and large British urbanizasion (great for a fry up and also a good Bulgarian restaurant) Mazarron port was lovely lots of places to eat and a nice beach. Restaurant Viggos in the port serves very nice food but some of the waiters are grumpy even when killed with kindness ! The best beach in the area by far in our opinion was Percheles, we stumbled across this beach by accident and it was delightful, a small beach bar serving food and drinks with free wifi if you ask! We spent the day there with only around 20 other people on the beach for the whole day. One of many places we visited (don't if you have small children) is the disused mine Minas de mazarron, fascinating place no health and safety in sight, unlike the UK! The views are spectacular along with the varying colours of the many left over waste tips and surrounding mountains. We highly recommend the Villa along with the many things you can see in the area. 10 out of 10 to Chris and Callum for the amazing service provided to us, we will be back !

The best holiday

Casa Cozy is so well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The beds are the most comfortable that we have had. The shops are only 20 minuets away. The pool is an absolute delight and well maintained by the pool cleaner. The pool furniture is very comfortable. The BBQ is also very good and had plenty of use by us. The outdoor eating area was used every day and in the evening to sit and watch he bird life. Penny is very friendly and welcoming and is at the end of the phone if needed. Callum the owner is also at the end of the phone to answer any questions. He also goes further than other owners to look after his guests. I mentioned that a hand rail for the pool would be useful for disabled guests. This was on a Friday. By Monday the hand rail had been installed. I also have to give a big thank you to Helen another guest. We visited Casa Cozy to see what it was like. Helen told me that it was the best she had visited on Mazarron Country Club. We will be returning next year and would recommend Casa Cozy to all that want a quiet holiday with plenty of places to visit not far away. Derek 1st September 2018

The villa is of a nice appearance in a quiet and peaceful location.

We all had a fabulous time staying at Casa Cozy.Callum was very helpful with all aspects of our trip and communication was outstanding.The villa itself is very nice and has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday.The outside space is amazing the pool although freezing “ but it was early April” is of a good size and is kept clean the temperature didn’t put my daughter off though.The outside dining area is a really nice space almost like taking the inside out and is perfect for fun family meals or a quiet romantic evening. Overall impressions are very good and I would highly recommended.

wonderful !!

a lovely villa, as they say small, but perfectly formed, callum and chris have tried to think of everything, i can't think of a villa we have rented that has had so many home comforts as casa cozy, everything is here, thoroughly enjoyed our whole fortnight, weather was glorious, late september early october, can't grumble, a car is needed, as puerto de mazarron, and bolnuevo especially, are a must, the sea still warm and lovely to swim in, we didnt really go anywhere else, apart from totana which is about 20 minutes away, the country club is a tranquil place, which isn't a bad thing, we went to camposol one evening, and couldn't bet away quick enough, a tiny bar that makes a noise like a plane landing, isnt everyones idea of a nice time, {the trevi bar) we were trying to enjoy some fish and chips in the place opposite, and couldn't hear ourselves think, no such problems at the country club, most times you can hear a pin drop, nice!! hope to book again soon, thanks callum and chris len baxter date of stay 25th september to the 9th october

relaxing family holiday at casa cozy

Casa Cozy provided the setting for a lovely getaway for myself, my partner and our young child. The pool is excellent, and well positioned to catch sun. Although the property is in a large development- it felt secluded and quiet. The surrounding mountain landscape is beautiful and the sea is only a short drive away.

Beautiful location and villa

We have holidayed on Mazarron Country club for several years, in a variety of properties and we love it there! It's peaceful, clean and the people are very friendly, a real paradise! The properties we have stayed in have always been very nice, but this one was exceptional. The housekeeper, Penny, does an excellent job and the property was immaculately clean and very welcoming when we arrived. The love that the owners have for Casa Cozy is clear. There was nothing we could've asked for to improve our stay. One thing we had accepted about holidays in Spain was that the beds are always uncomfortable! But that rule we'd decided on was eradicated! not an uncomfortable bed in this villa, we slept better than we do at home! The outdoor area is large and well equipped, the pool being bigger than the average ones on there and it is a very private position. Wifi is strong inside and out. The owners are most friendly and helpful, providing a well produced information pack and ensuring we knew the procedure for check in/out etc, they are keen to continue to meet holiday makers requirements/wishes and request feedback to help them improve what's on offer (we had no requests, it was perfect!) we highly recommend this villa. The region is lovely too and a visit to percheles beach a must! We will definitely be returning and of all the ones we have stayed in this is our number 1 villa choice!
