La casa muy bien...el dueño no tanto

La casa está bien para pasar unos días y está completa, la piscina está muy bien. > Inconvenientes: 1-No dejan mascotas, y no da opción de tamaño, a pesar de que otros usuarios escriben en sus reseñas que han estado con mascotas. En nuestro caso llevariamos un York shire (3kilos) y muy educado, pero no pudo ser. 2-El jardin y perimetro exterior está lleno de cámaras...entiendo que por seguridad este bien tener cámaras perimetrales que enfoquen los puntos débiles...pero hay cámaras enfocando a todos los puntos donde se hace vida en el exterior, hacia la piscina hay 2 o 3...realmente estas siendo observado y es muy incomodo (imagino que así controla el dueño el aforo de la reserva...tiene poca confianza en los inquilinos)...también habrá que estudiar la grabación o visualización de imágenes privadas por parte del dueño hacia personas que alquilan una vivienda, que se convierte en privada en esa transacción. 3- La casa huele por todos sitios a ambientador, al principio parece que es por cuidar detalles, pero hay dias que huele regular en el exterior( tipo granja, la epoca del año influirá en la intensidad del aroma, supongo). 4-tendrás que ir en coche a todas partes. No hay nada nada nada cerca...bueno si los vecinos (en todas direcciones) a los que ves y te ven sin mucho esfuerzo, dado que los muros de separacion son bastante bajos. 5- mi hijo de 5 años jugó con los flotadores de la piscina, y nos cobró 60 euros por "uso indebido y deterioro de los mismos"; en ningún sitio ponia que no se pudiese coger, es más ¡es un niño de cinco años! Que lo hizo sin mala intención. Tampoco ponía un cartel tipo"no usar por qué son de una calidad pésima " o " no tocar la decoracion" o mejor aún " traiga sus propios salvavidas, los que tenemos se rompen en el agua"...por favor

Propiedad bastante nueva,muy bien equipada, en un entorno tranquilo.Ideal para descansar y disfrutar

Villa Preciosa es una Villa muy nueva, situada en un residencial muy tranquilo a diez min. de Mazarron, a donde se llega muy bien por la autovia, en un trayecto que no se hace para nada pesado.Llevamos años veraneando en propiedades de este tipo y ha sido, sin duda,una de las mejores. Con 2 habitaciones muy acogedoras, un precioso salon cocina y una maravillosa piscina, la hemos disfrutado mucho. Y un espectacular porche con barbacoa, cámara frigorifica y un refrigerador de bebidas.... Todo un lujo. Carlos, el propietario, estuvo para todo aquello que pudimos necesitar. Y Mazarron es un lugar que merece la pena visitar. Desde Playa canina, si vas con perro, (aunque pedregosa), a Playa de Nares, espectacular para hacer snorkel con los niños o la playa del Puerto de Mazarrón, de arena fina ambas, hacen que sea un sitio perfecto.Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a veranear en la zona.Gracias Carlos por todo y felicidades por tan bonita villa. El nombre ya lo decia todo....
